摘要:In this study, hydrogen (H2) and methane (CH4) were used as reactive gases, and chemical vapor deposition (CVD) was used to grow single-layer graphene on a copper foil substrate. The single-layer graphene obtained was transferred to a single-crystal silicon substrate by PMMA transfer technology for the subsequent growth of nano zinc oxide. The characteristics of CVD-deposited graphene were analyzed by a Raman spectrometer, an optical microscope, a four-point probe, and an ultraviolet/visible spectrometer. The sol–gel method was applied to prepare the zinc oxide seed layer film with the spin-coating method, with methanol, zinc acetate, and sodium hydroxide as the precursors for growing ZnO nanostructures. On top of the ZnO seed layer, a one-dimensional zinc oxide nanostructure was grown by a hydrothermal method at 95 °C, using a zinc nitrate and hexamethylenetetramine mixture solution. The characteristics of the nano zinc oxide were analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM),x-ray diffractometer(XRD), and Raman spectrometer. The obtained graphene/zinc oxide nano-heterostructure sensor has a sensitivity of 1.06 at a sensing temperature of 205 °C and a concentration of hydrogen as low as 5 ppm, with excellent sensing repeatability. The main reason for this is that the zinc oxide nanostructure has a large specific surface area, and many oxygen vacancy defects exist on its surface. In addition, the P–N heterojunction formed between the n-type zinc oxide and the p-type graphene also contributes to hydrogen sensing.

著作名稱:Effect of different temperatures to remove reduction gas on the photoluminescence properties of Eu‐doped Li2(Ba1‐xSrx)SiO4 phosphors

摘要:In this study, Eu‐doped Li2(Ba1‐xSrx)SiO4 powders (x 0, 0.2, 0.4, and 0.6) were synthesized at 850°C in a reduction atmosphere (5% H2 + 95% N2) for a duration of 1 h using a solid‐state reaction method. The reduction atmosphere was infused as the synthesis temperature reached 850°C, and was removed as the temperature dropped to 800–500°C. Li2(Ba1‐xSrx)SiO4 (or Li2BaSiO4), (Ba,Sr)2SiO4 (or BaSiO4), and Li4SiO4 phases co‐existed in the synthesized Eu‐doped Li2(Ba1‐xSrx)SiO4 powders. A new finding was that the reduction atmosphere removing (RAR) temperature of the Li2(Ba1‐xSrx)SiO4 phosphors had a large effect on their photoluminescence excitation (PLE) and PL properties. Except for the 800°C‐RAR‐treated Li2BaSiO4 phosphor, PLE spectra of all other Li2(Ba1‐xSrx)SiO4 phosphors had one broad emission band with two emission peaks centred at ~242 and ~283 nm; these PL spectra had one broad emission band with one emission peak centred at 502–514 nm. We showed that the 800°C‐RAR‐treated Li2BaSiO4 phosphor emitted a red light and all other Li2(Ba1‐xSrx)SiO4 phosphors emitted a green light. Reasons for these results are discussed thoroughly.

摘要:We had successfully synthesized green-emitting phosphors based on Li2BaSiO4 material activated by bivalent europium ions (Eu2+) using a solid-state reaction method in a reducing gas environment and investigated their luminescence properties. The Li2BaSiO4:0.003Eu2+ (LSB-Eu) phosphors were synthesized at 850∘C for 1 h, and the reduction gas was removed at 500∘C, 600∘C, 700∘C and 800∘C, respectively. XRD pattern showed that the Li2BaSiO4, Ba2SiO4 and Li4SiO4 phases were observed in the synthesized Li2BaSiO4 composition. As the reduction gas was removed at 800∘C, the LSB-Eu phosphor emitted a weak red light rather than a green light. Two weak emission peaks were found at about 588 nm and 613 nm corresponding to 5D0→7F1 and 5D0→7F2 transitions. As temperature to remove the reduction gas was lower than 800∘C, the emission spectra of LSB-Eu phosphors reveled a broad peak centered at 501 nm, which emitted a green color. The intensity of photoluminescence excitation (PLE) photoluminescence emission (PL) spectra increased as the removing temperature was decreased from 700∘C to 500∘C and saturated at 500∘C. These results show that LSB-Eu can be a noteworthy candidate of green-emitting phosphor for the investigation of white light-emitting diodes (WLEDs).

著作名稱:The Role of ALD-ZnO Seed Layers in the Growth of ZnO Nanorods for Hydrogen Sensing

摘要:Abstract: Hydrogen is one of the most important clean energy sources of the future. Because of its flammability, explosiveness, and flammability, it is important to develop a highly sensitive hydrogen sensor. Among many gas sensing materials, zinc oxide has excellent sensing properties and is therefore attracting attention. E ectively reducing the resistance of sensing materials and increasing the surface area of materials is an important issue to increase the sensitivity of gas sensing. Zinc oxide seed layers were prepared by atomic layer deposition (ALD) to facilitate the subsequent hydrothermal growth of ZnO nanorods. The nanorods are used as highly sensitive materials for sensing hydrogen due to their inherent properties as oxide semiconductors and their very high surface areas. The low resistance value of ALD-ZnO helps to transport electrons when sensing hydrogen gas and improves the sensitivity of hydrogen sensors. The large surface area of ZnO nanorods also provides lots of sites of gas adsorption which also increases the sensitivity of the hydrogen sensor. Our experimental results show that perfect crystallinity helped to reduce the electrical resistance of ALD-ZnO films. High areal nucleation density and sucient inter-rod space were determining factors for ecient hydrogen sensing. The sensitivity increased with increasing hydrogen temperature, from 1.03 at 225 C, to 1.32 at 380 C after sensing 100 s in 10,000 ppm of hydrogen. We discuss in detail the properties of electrical conductivity, point defects, and crystal quality of ALD-ZnO films and their probable e ects on the sensitivity of hydrogen sensing.

摘要:The anemone-like ZnO nanostructures have been synthesized by hydrothermal method and were further adsorbed immobilized cholesterol oxidase (ChOx) as a nanobiosensor. In this study,the sensitivity of biosensor were improved by varying the thickness of the ZnO seed layer.The SEM analysis showed changes in thickness of seed layer will not affect the morphologies of anemone-like ZnOnanostructures.The X-ray Diffraction patterns showed that the (002) plane of anemone-like ZnO grown on various thickness of the seed layer was more prouded than other crystal plane.Abioelectrode (ChOx/ZnO/ITO/glass) grown on the 30nm of ZnO seed layer with high sensitivity of 57.533μAmM-1cm-2 (1.488 μA (mg/dl) -1cm- 2), a wide sensitive range from 25 to 500 mg/dl. It is concluded that the thinner sputtered ZnO seed layer for growing anemone-like ZnO nanostructure can effectively improve the sensitivity of the ZnO biosensor.

摘要:Abstract—In this paper, a single-step chemical bath deposition method was developed for the growth of novel aluminium (Al)-doped zinc oxide nanostructures (NSs) comprising a dual- layer of nanorods/nanowalls. This particular mesoporous struc- ture can accommodate a larger number of ChOx molecules than is possible in a traditional nanorod array. The formation of this dual-layer of NSs depends largely on the content of Al ions and reaction time. A cholesterol biosensor was constructed using these NSs as supporting materials for cholesterol oxidase loading. The device achieved sensitivity of 93.82 µ A/mMcm2 within a linear- range of 1.3–13 mM.

摘要:This paper reports a novel method for the synthesis of ZnO nanorods, nanowalls, and nanorod/wall structures directly on a substrate, using a simple chemical bath deposition process. The morphology of the resulting structures can be altered simply by adjusting the thickness of an Al thin film, which is used as a doping source. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and selected area electron diffraction (SAED) measurements revealed that the resulting ZnO formations possess a wurtzite structure. In- ductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) revealed that the Al doping of the nanostructures is between 2.1 at% and 4.9 at%. The predominance of violet-blue emissions in the CL spectra of Al-doped and undoped ZnO indicates the presence of interstitial zinc (Zn i ) and zinc vacancies (V Zn ). In this study, the work function was adjusted between 3.81 and 4.39 eV simply by varying the thickness of the Al reaction source.

摘要:Chelosterol ZnO biosensors were synthesized by hydrothermal method with pre-deposited ALDZnO seed layers. The ZnO nanostructures were examined by SEM, XRD, AFM, respectively. The XRD is used to analyze the crystal structures of ZnO seed layers that were grown by ALD process, then using SEM and AFM to analysis the surface morphologies of them. Growing of one dimensional ZnO nanostructures on seed layer of 10 nm thickness, reveals high sensitivity of 3.15 uA (mg/dl)−1 cm−2 (121.96 uAmM−1 cm−2 and low Km value of 0.29 mM in 25–100 mg/dl cholesterol concentration range. It is found that increasing the aspect ratio of ZnO one dimensional nanostructure also increases the sensitivity and expends the linear measureable range of detecting cholesterol in solution. The thickness of seed layer has a significant influence on sensitivity for one dimensional nano ZnO cholesterol biosensor.

摘要:This paper reports on a solvothermal method used in the fabrication of vertically aligned two-dimensional (2D) ZnO nanowall networks and one-dimensional (1D) ZnO nanorods with overlapping structures. The introduction of an Al thin film as a doping source was shown to alter the morphology from rods to walls. The proposed multilayer buffer results in the formation of two types of nanostructure (nanowalls and rods) and also increased the length to which the nanorods grow at the same time. Analysis based on transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and selected area electron diffraction (SAED) led us to formulate a possible growth mechanism and elucidate the optical properties of the ZnO nanostructures.

摘要:In this study, a hybrid nanostructure comprising ZnO nanorods embedded in polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) was developed for use as an antire fl ection (AR) coating. The fabrication process includes the etching of PMMA as an alternative to conventional photolithographic methods. This approach enables rapid, large-scale production at low cost with minimal pollution. The PMMA serves to protect the ZnO nanorods against external damage, while the O 2 plasma treatment provides a modi fi ed surface pro fi le to reduce re fl ectance. X-ray di ff ractometer (XRD) measurements and TEM results con fi rm that the resulting crystal structures are pure ZnO with good crystallinity. This paper compares three hybrid nanostructures ( fl at fi lm, columnar, and conical) as antire fl ective layers. The application of poly-Si solar cells with the proposed AR layer was shown to improve cell e ffi ciency by enhancing short-circuit current density.

著作名稱:Local geometric and electronic structures of gasochromic VO x films

摘要:VO x films were deposited by radio-frequency reactive magnetron sputtering from a vanadium target at room temperature. Local atomic and electronic structures of the films were then modified by thermal annealing. The oxidation state and structural and gasochromic properties of the films were elucidated by X-ray absorption spectroscopy. Analytical results indicate that the as-deposited VO x films were amorphous with mixed V 4+ and V 5+ valences. The amorphous VO x had a disordered and expanded lamellar structure resembling that of polymer-intercalated V 2 O 5 gels. VO x films were crystallized into orthorhombic V 2 O 5 at 300 1 C, and the lamellar structure was eliminated at 400 1 C. Additionally, the gasochromic reaction reduced the vanadium valence via intervalence transitions between V 5+ and V 3+ . Moreover, removing the lamellar structure reduced the gasochromic rate, and the gasochromic reaction transformed the V 2 O 5 crystalline phase irreversibly into an H 1.43 V 2 O 5 phase. Based on the results of this study, amorphous VO x with a lamellar structure is recommended for use in H 2 gas sensors.

摘要:CueAleO thin ?lms are deposited on (0001) sapphire substrates by radio-frequency sputtering using an AleCu mosaic target. The Cu/Al atomic ratio of as-deposited CueAleO ?lms is measured to be 1.1. After deposition, the CueAleO ?lms are annealed at 600, 800, and 1000  C, respectively, for 1 h in a N2 at- mosphere. The ?lm crystal structure, electronic structure, valence band, and electrical properties are studied. The as-deposited ?lms are amorphous and ?lms annealed at 600  C contain the crystallized CuO phase; the structure becomes crystallized CuAlO2 after annealing at 800  C and 1000  C. The 800  C annealed ?lm grows along the (00l) plane. The crystallization decreases with the growth of the (012) and (018) planes for ?lms annealed at 1000  C. The resistivity values of the 800  C and 1000  C annealed ?lms were measured as 1.07 U -cm and 864.01 U -cm, respectively. The lower resistivity of the 800  C annealed ?lm is attributed to preferred (00l) growth orientation and a reduction of the energy band gap.

摘要:Cu – Al – O thin ? lms were deposited on glass substrates by radio frequency (RF) sputtering using an Al – Cu mosaic target under various RF powers at room temperature. The RF power was set at 100, 200, 250, and 300 W and the oxygen partial pressure (O 2 /Ar t O 2 ) was set at 10%. This study examined the crystal structure, electronic structure, valence state, and electrical resistivity properties of the CuAlO 2 thin ? lms as a function of RF power and growth rate. The Cu/Al atomic ratios when the RF power was set at 100, 200, 250, and 300 W were 0.9, 1, 1.1, and 0.9, respectively. As RF power increased, the crystal structure of the Cu – Al – O ? lm changed from amorphous to crystallized CuAlO 2 . In addition, the results also show that the growth rate could in ? uence the phase formation behavior. The lowest resistivity of the Cu – Al – O thin ? lms obtained in this study was 1.9 k Ω -cm with 250 W at room temperature.

摘要:Poly(3-hexylthiophene)/[6,6]-phenyl C61-butyric acid methyl ester bulk hetero-junction photovoltaic cells doped with indigo dye as a p-type solar collector were studied. Doping indigo increases the absorption of the visible light spectrum, as determined using ultraviolet–visible spectrophotometry analysis. The photocurrent was measured in air under a solar simulator with AM 1.5G illumination (100 mW/cm2). The best photovoltaic ef?ciency obtained was 2.55% after doping indigo into the cell.

著作名稱:Effects of oxygen partial pressure on structural and gasochromic properties of sputtered VOx thin films

摘要:VOx ?lms were deposited by radio-frequency reactive magnetron sputtering from a vanadium target in an Ar–O2 gas mixture and pure O2. For the ?lms deposited in the gas mixture, the Ar ?ow rate was controlled at 20 sccm and the oxygen ?ow rate was controlled at 1, 3, and 5 sccm, respectively. A thin (~5 nm) Pt layer was deposited on the VOx thin ?lms as a hydrogen catalyst. The long-range structural order, short-range atom arrangement, and gasochromic properties of the deposited ?lms were studied. The grazing incidence X-ray diffraction (GIXRD) results indicate that the deposited ?lms are amorphous. Lamellar struc- tures were found at oxygen ?ow rates of 3 sccm and above. The X-ray absorption spectroscopy (XAS) results show that the short-range atom arrangement of the lamellar VOx thin ?lms is similar to that of crystal V2O5. The GIXRD and XAS results show that the ?lm obtained with the gas mixture and at an oxygen ?ow rate of 1 sccm did not signi?cantly change after exposure to hydrogen, whereas the other ?lms exhibited decreased interlayer distance, oxidation state, and crystallinity. The color of the ?lms changed from light or deep yellow to gray. The results suggest that the gasochromic properties of the VOx thin ?lms are related to the V2O5-like atom arrangement and the interlayer distance of the lamellar structure. The ?lms deposited with an oxygen ?ow rate of 3 sccm and above can be applied to H2 gas sensors.

摘要:NiO ?lms were deposited by radio-frequency reactive magnetron sputtering from a Ni target in an Ar–O2 mixed atmosphere. The ?ow rate of Ar was controlled at 20 sccm and that of oxygen was controlled at 1.0 (S1.0), 1.5 (S1.5), 1.6 (S1.6), 2.0 (S2.0), 2.3 (S2.3), and 3.0 (S3.0) sccm. The formation of defects, change in preferential orientation, and electrical conduction properties of the deposited ?lms were examined with X-ray absorption spectra. The results indicate that the deposited ?lms altered from being Ni-rich to O-rich as the oxygen ?ow rate increased. S1.0 is a Ni-like structure whereas other samples are NiO. X-ray absorption spectra reveal small amounts of Ni metal in S1.5 and S1.6, forming metal clusters or isolated Ni0 atoms in the ?lms. When the oxygen ?ow rate was increased from 2.0 to 3.0 sccm, the deposited ?lms became p-type, coinciding with a preferential orientation altered from (200) to (111). This alternation is attributed to the formation by excess oxygen of an oxygen layer, which bene?ts the growth of the (111) plane. A Ni-rich NiO ?lm deposited at oxygen ?ow rate 1.6 sccm contains isolated Ni atoms and a non-conductive NiO matrix, which is promising for the resistive-based memory.

摘要:An optically transparent p–n heterojunction device consisting of p-NiO and n-ZnO thin films was fabricated by r.f. sputtering method. The structural and optical properties of the p-NiO/n-ZnO heterojunction were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), UV–visible spectroscopy, Hall effect measurement, and J–V photocurrent measurements. The XRD shows that ZnO films are highly crystalline in nature with preferred orientation along the (0 0 0 2) direction. The p-NiO/n-ZnO heterojunction device has an average transmittance of over 80% in the visible region. The current–voltage curve of the heterojunction demonstrates obvious rectifying diode behavior in a dark environment. The lowest leakage current is 6.64  108 A/cm2 for the p-NiO/n-ZnO heterojunction device.

摘要:NiO films were deposited by radio-frequency reactive magnetron sputtering from a NiO target. A decomposition reaction was found as the films annealed at 400?C in vacuum.The decomposition increased with increasing annealing temperature and the non-stoichiometry of the film. The electronic and atomic structure of the annealed films were further investigated by X-ray absorption near-edge structure (XANES) spectroscopy, and extended X-ray absorption fine structure (EXAFS) spectroscopy. The results show the decomposition of sputtered NiO is attributed to excess vacancies that formed during sputtering, which destroyed the atomic bonds in the NiO crystalline. The EXAFS results indicate that there is a transition stage of surplus Niions filling anion sites at the beginning of the decomposition reaction. The surplus Ni ions act as a link between the central atom and the Ni in the second shell, which may be responsible for the filamentary conducting paths proposed in resistive random access memory (ReRAM).

摘要:Lithium-doped NiO films were deposited by radio frequency magnetron sputtering on Corning 1737 glass substrates. The Li concentrations in the films varied from 0 to 16.29 at.%, as determined by wavelength-dispersive X-ray analysis and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. The effects of Li content on properties such as microstructure, resistivity, and electrical stability were studied. The results show that the doped Li ions tend to occupy crystal defect sites such as vacancies or segregate on the film surface. Initially, doped Li occupied the nickel vacancies in the film, decreasing the electrical conductivity. When the Li concentration was further increased, some Li segregated on the film surface and formed bulges at high Li concentrations. These Li-rich oxides covering the film surface served as partitions between the film and moisture from the atmosphere. As a result, the Li-doped NiO films show a relatively high arrestment to electrical resistance aging.

摘要:Abstract: The demand for power storage devices with good quality, fast charging and high energy density is becoming more and more urgent in today’s electronic technology. For batteries and traditional capacitors, it is an insurmountable challenge to combine fast charging and discharging, large capacitance andlong-life properties. The characteristics of supercapacitors can meet all the above requirements at the same time. In this study, a simple one-step hydrothermal method was successfully used to grow-nickel hydroxide nanocone particles directly on the 3D foamed nickel substrate as a working electrode material for supercapacitors. After growing-nickel hydroxide crystals on 3D foamed nickel substrate, by controlling the cooling rate, a well-crystalized-nickel hydroxide with good capacitance characteristics can be obtained. Cyclic voltammetry (CV), galvanostatic charge–discharge (GCD) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) were used to analyze the capacitance characteristics of the-nickel hydroxide electrode. The research results show that the specific capacitance value of the-Ni(OH)2/3D nickel foam electrode material prepared at the cooling rate of 10 C/h can reach 539 F/g with the charge–discharge test at a current density of 3 A/g. After 1000 continuous charge and discharge cycles, the material still retains 94.1% of the specific capacitance value.

摘要: Supercapacitors have the characteristics of high power density, long cycle life, fast charge and discharge rates which have great potential to replace traditional capacitors and batteries. The use of transition metal compounds as electrode materials for supercapacitors has been an attractive research topic in recent years. Because their use can effectively improve the electrical performance of supercapacitors. Nickel hydroxide Ni(OH)2 is one of the potential electrode materials for supercapacitors. Depending on the preparation conditions, two nickel hydroxide crystal phases, α and β, will be produced. There are ions intercalated in α-Ni(OH)2, and the water molecules in it increase the carrier mobility during the discharge process and quickly supplement the missing carriers on the reaction surface. Therefore, it has a higher specific capacitance value compared with β-Ni(OH)2. However, α-Ni(OH)2 will age during the charge and discharge process, so its cycle life and stability are worse than β-Ni(OH)2. There is no ion intercalation in the β-Ni(OH)2 structure, so its carrier transmission rate is slower and its specific capacitance value is smaller than that of α-Ni(OH)2, but its cycle life and stability are better than those of α-Ni(OH)2. The carrier transport rate of electrode materials can be improved by adding conductive materials. In this study, β-Ni(OH)2 was chosen as the electrode material of the supercapacitor, and a homemade low-pressure chemical vapor deposition graphene (LPCVD-Graphene) conductive material was introduced to modify β-Ni(OH)2 to increase its carrier transport rate. The LPCVD method was used to grow high-quality graphene films on three-dimensional (3D) nickel foam (nickel foam) substrates. Then, a hydrothermal synthesis method was used to grow β-Ni(OH)2 nanostructures on this 3D graphene/nickel foam substrate. In order to improve the electrical properties of the composite structure, a high-quality graphene layer was added between the nickel hydroxide and the 3D nickel foam substrate. The effect of this conductive graphene layer on the growth of β-Ni(OH)2 and its electrical properties and electrochemical performance was studied. Using this β- Ni(OH)2/CVD-Graphene/3D-NF (Nickel foam) as the working electrodes of the supercapacitor under the current density of 1A/g and 3A/g, they have a specific capacitance of 2015F/g and 1218.9F/g respectively. The capacitance value is 2.62 times higher than that of the structure without graphene layer modification. After 1,000 consecutive charge and discharge cycles at a current density of 20A/g, its capacitance value still retains 99.2%. It is also improved compared to the structure without graphene layer modification (94.7%).

摘要:The polymer solar cell is a promising candidate for the next-generation solar cell because of its light weight, flexibility and easy fabrication. In this manuscript, we report on polymer solar cells based on P3HT: [6,6]-phenyl-C61-butyric acid methyl ester with 1:1 weight ratio blending as active layer. To improve the performance, the TiO 2 nanoparticles were adding to the active layer of the cell. The morphology of the polymer solar cell was improved because of the addition of TiO 2 nanoparticles. The effects of thermal annealing on the solar cell before and after adding TiO 2 nanoparticles blending were studied respectively. Post-annealing shows significant improvement in cell performance whether TiO 2 nanoparticles are added or not. Optimisation of the thermal annealing condition and the adding amount of TiO 2 nanoparticles can efficiently improve the performance of the cell.

摘要:In this study, the polymer solar cells based on P3HT / [6,6]-phenyl-C61-butyric acid methyl ester 1:1 weight ratio blending were manufactured. TiO 2 nanoparticles were added into the P3HT / [6,6]- phenyl-C61-butyric acid methyl ester blending in order to improve the cell performance. The morphologies of polymer solar cells were improved after adding TiO 2 nanoparticles. The effects of thermal annealing on the solar cell as with and without TiO 2 nanoparticles addition were studied, respectively. A solar cell with high short circuit current density of 8.44 mA cm ? 2 was obtained by optimizing the thermal annealing condition and the amount of TiO 2 nanoparticles. The efficiency of the photovoltaic device was improved after post-annealing with TiO 2 nanoparticles doping in the active layer of the polymer solar cell.

摘要: In this study, a composite structure of zinc oxide (ZnO) nanofibers and nanorods was prepared on a silicon substrate by combining electrospinning and hydrothermal methods. ZnO/PVP nanofibers are prepared by electrospinning components containing polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), ethanol (Ethanol) and zinc acetate, and then calcined at 500°C for 4 hours. Crystallized ZnO nanofibers are then used as the ZnO seed layer, and ZnO nanorods are grown on the nanofibers by hydrothermal method. Combining these two low-cost processes can prepare a ZnO nanostructure with a high specific surface area, which can improve the sensitivity of ZnO to hydrogen. The ZnO nanostructure was analyzed by electron microscope (SEM), and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The experimental results show that the ZnO/PVP nanofibers obtained by electrospinning for 2 hours have the best crystallinity after being calcined. ZnO nanorods are then hydrothermally grown on the surface of the nanofibers. As a component material for hydrogen sensing, the sensitivity can reach 61.7% at a hydrogen concentration of 4500 ppm.

摘要: In recent years, in order to solve the increasingly serious energy and environmental problems, people have turned their attention to the development and utilization of new energy. Among various new energy technologies, photovoltaic solar cells are undoubtedly one of the most promising directions. Among many new types of solar cells, perovskite thin-film solar cells have attracted a lot of attention from many solar energy researchers because of their high photoelectric conversion efficiency. In perovskite solar cells, in addition to the active layer material affecting the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the device, the interface layers(hole transport layer and electron transport layer) between the active layer and the electrode are also key factors. Therefore, in the current material structure of perovskite cells, the interface layer material has become an important research field. In this study, the inorganic copper thiocyanate (CuSCN) film was prepared by gas-assisted spin coating method, which was used as the hole transport layer(HTL) of perovskite solar cell to replace the traditional polymer material PEDOT:PSS. The thickness, crystallization characteristics, interface structure, annealing temperature and photoelectric conversion efficiency of the perovskite solar cell will be carefully investigated in this study. The experimental results show that cuprous thiocyanate can effectively replace PEDOT:PSS as a hole transport layer in perovskite solar cells. The cell with the best photoelectric conversion efficiency has a Jsc of 21.4 mA/cm2, a Voc of 1.0 mV, and a photoelectric conversion efficiency of 15.1%.

摘要: The undoped and Al-doped ZnO nanostructures were grown on ZnO/glass substrates using a low temperature hydrothermal process. The RF-sputtering method was utilized to prepare ZnO film on the glass substrates as a seed layer for subsequently hydrothermal growth of ZnO nanostructures. The properties of ZnO nanorods were characterized by X-ray diffractometer (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and room- temperature photoluminescent spectrometer (PL).The X-ray diffraction patterns show that both undoped and Al-doped ZnO nanorod arrays are grown with (002) preferred orientation. Undoped quasi-aligned ZnO nanorods were successful synthesized by this method. The current-voltage curves of Al-doped ZnO nanorod arrays exhibited a slightly higher current response than the as-grown ones. This result confirms that N-type doping of aluminum can be accomplished effectively by this method.
