摘要: | Technology commercialization (TC) contributes to maintaining the competitive advantage of high-tech firms, but although researchers have established that product innovation and new product development are enhanced by cross-functional collaboration and organizational knowledge activities, this may not be the case for TC. Drawing on the knowledge-based view and the influence of cross-functional collaboration, the main goal of this study is to unravel the relationships among cross-functional collaboration, knowledge creation and TC performance in the high-tech industry context. Empirical findings from our survey of 203 marketing and R&D managers and employees in Taiwanese high-tech companies indicate that cross-function collaboration may reveal fresh opportunities for creating knowledge and commercializing technologies. Our results also suggest that knowledge creation plays an important role in TC performance by partially mediating the relationship between cross-functional collaboration and TC performance. The contributions of this study provide new insights into industrial marketing literature by proposing a cross-functional collaboration-enabled TC model that takes into account the effect of knowledge creation. |

摘要: | In a digital society, people have access to all kinds of electronic information as online
users. They have also contributed various content for exchanging ideas in the online
community, which has not only extended the traditional knowledge sharing channels, but has
also led to concerns about content quality and reliability. The literature suggests that user
involvement in collaboratively evaluating the quality of online content for an online
community is likely to be an effective means to ease these concerns. However, the
understanding of users’ intention to be willing to take part in evaluating online content is still
limited. Based on self-determination theory, this study proposes a research model to
understand the extrinsic motivation of the user intention. The research model was tested using
data collected from 303 participants who were recruited from online communities. The
results show that three types of extrinsic motivation, namely, identified motivation,
introjected motivation and external motivation, play important role in user intention of
collaboratively evaluating online content. In addition, the research findings suggest that user
satisfaction of the three basic psychological needs of autonomy, competence and relatedness,
influence different types of extrinsic motivation. |

摘要: | Our research proposes a collaborative-enabled design service model. Conducting a survey from new product development managers of Taiwan’s high-tech indus-try, we found empirical evidence for collaborative strategies and its differential impact on innovation efforts and design service performance. The results showed that high-tech managers indicate that supplier involvement, customer involve-ment, and cross-functional involvement have a significant impact to collaborative practices and will lead to design service success. The findings have confirmed that collaborative strategies and innovation efforts are positively associated with design service performance, and further reveal that cross-functional involvement and innovation efforts have a greater influence on design service performance than other factors. This design service model with value co-creation can be successful since it supports the early stages of new product development and will help more companies to move from manufacturing company to service company. |

摘要: | More and more enterprises conduct business strategically through strategic alliances, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, outsourcing, and collaborations to keep their competitive advantages in view of influences such as reduction of product lifecycles, fast changing markets, and global economics. Besides, enterprises gradually recognize that intellectual property management and plans are important. In the generation of R&D management based on innovative capabilities, it can commercialize the developed technologies and yield economic benefits through the effective management and deployment of patents. This research aims to identify how the collaborative Intellectual Property (IP) model could shorten product life cycle and further make enterprises successful in the global market. This research firstly figures out the features of the small-and-medium Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) industrial and challenges what this industry confronts after the competitive analysis of industry and market. Then the technological trend and patent positions were studied through patent information analysis and tools from Patent Guilder Software. This research also uses the case study methodology and selected the first company that adopted a collaborative IP model. Furthermore, this paper identifies the key performance indicators for the model and finds out the innovative business model for the company. |

摘要: | The purpose of this study is to examine the relationships between collaboration, knowledge
sharing, dynamic capability, IT capability, service innovation and performance of Taiwanese digital content
microenterprise based on the resource-based view. Effective questionnaires were collected from 344 survey
candidates from Taiwan digital content industry. The Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach was employed to test
the research hypotheses. The result indicated that collaboration, dynamic capability and IT capability had a
significant positive effect on service innovation. We provide a new framework to explain which factor will
influence service innovation from external to internal. In addition, the findings indicated that service innovation
had a positive effect on the performance in digital content microenterprise. Finally, theoretical and managerial
implications of the research findings are discussed. |

摘要: | Global Warming, Raise of sea level and continuous impact of Greenhouse effect cause the increase of global temperature and abnormal climate. It results in the frequent disasters around the world. Impacted by the Japan earthquakes and nuclear disaster in 2011, energy crisis and rising price of petroleum, alternative energy and energy-saving technology become more important. In recent years, because of the raise of eco-awareness around the world, consumer solar products not only satisfy the needs of the customer but also provide the function of environmental protection. By studying the relationship of the experience marking, experiential value, consumers’ motives, Consumer attitude and purchase intention of green product, hope this study can provide the marketing strategy reference to the enterprise. In the mean time, through this study, hope to educate and awake the customer feeling about the environmental protection in order to do everyone’s best to give back to the Earth.
This study used quantitative research method. The population of this study is from the regular consumer in Taiwan area. The population of this survey is 500 and 454 surveys are returned. 391 questionnaires are effective. Based on the survey result, the study runs descriptive statistics, single factor variance analysis and regression analysis. Survey results show 96.7% of respondents are willing to purchase consumer solar products, and 61.9% respondents would like to spend less than 1.5 times price to buy consumer solar products. It revealed vendors must lower the costs of developing new products. The result of the study shows the positive effect on experiential marking to experiential value, consumer motive and consumer attitude. It also shows the positive relation on the consumer attitude to consumer motivation and experiential value. The consumer attitude has positively impact to the purchase intention.

摘要: | Application of collaborative marketing through Knowledge-enabled Customer Relationship Management (KCRM) systems offers a great opportunity to increase customer value and provides a way to systematically attract, acquire and retain customers. A strategic KCRM framework is introduced in order to classify the subjects by customer-oriented perspective. This study takes a leading beauty enterprise in Asia as an example and focuses on its franchise stores to perform a case study. The KCRM model was adopted to know what, how, and why customer knowledge is so important to service industry. From the responses of the surveyed beauty enterprise, it is deduced how the companies can develop their customer connection strategies based on their current and future positions in four dimensions of the value compass model. Moreover, this study presents a conceptual model of KCRM including strategy and process to see how KM systems can help CRM systems implementation and increase profits through collaborative marketing. |

摘要: | Since 1990, the research area of Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) has been presented from a different perspective. With advances in information technology and the rise of consumer consciousness, businesses are in a competitive environment. There is an urgent need to adopt more profitable and effective integrated marketing strategies to increase core competitiveness. The goal of the companys sustainable management is to increase consumers willingness to purchase and to maximize profits. This research uses six aspects of IMC which includes awareness integration, unified image, database integration, customer-based integration, stakeholders-based integration, and evaluation integration to examine the role of marketing strategies in the strengths and weaknesses of the six components of integrated marketing communications, their effectiveness, the most important components and the most important components that need improvement.
At the same time, social media such as FaceBook, Instagram, Youtube, Line or even TikTok have become marketing tools which firms adopt them more and more frequently in the marketing strategy.
In the end of 2019, the outbreak of COVID-19 did really affect the global industries. Lockdown policies also accelerated closure of brick-mentor stores worldwide. Online purchases rose dramatically. Hence, the effectiveness of online marketing will be essential to maintain the business.
This study uses multiple-case studies to extend the effects of social media and IMC. Moreover, the study would also explore the differences of social media and IMC during COVID-19.
Through literature review and multiple-case studies, it is found that using social media combined with IMC did really help companies expand their business and make good connections with stakeholders. One of previous studies also used system theory to explore the interrelationship among Integrated Marketing Communication, collaborative marketing and global brand building. Even during pandemic, firms could still maintain the operation and connect with their customers more tightly.
