摘要: | Regulatory technology (RegTech) is a significant technology in the financial technology (FinTech) field that can assist FinTech and innovations to solve issues of complying with laws and regulations. However, RegTech is mainly composed of the finance, regulatory and emerging technology sectors, and its business model involves multiple dimensions, such as those among governments, banks and technology companies and cross-border FinTech. Therefore, RegTech startups exhibit distinctive features, and the optimum business model for their operation needs to be rapidly determined. This study uses a business model canvas (BMC) as an example to configure the elements and determinants of a RegTech start-ups and applies the Delphi technique and multiple criteria decision-making (MCDM) approaches for the analysis.
The results indicate that ‘customer relations (CR)’ and ‘key activities (KA)’ are the most significant BMC elements. Additionally, the relevant top-ranked determinants are, in their order of importance, ‘Big Data analysis’, ‘system feasibility evaluation’, ‘long-term customization’, ‘data assessment and stakeholder descriptions’, and ‘short-term projects’. In particular, business models of RegTech are the most complex in FinTech. This study concludes with business elements that can be beneficial not only for RegTech advancement but also for other emerging technologies in the FinTech. |

摘要: | Currently, companies work to improve their performance at the economic, environmental and social levels, make large contributions to sustainable development, and use strategic assessment tools to evaluate their sustainability performance. In addition, the Taiwan government has gradually paid attention to the use of liquefied natural gas
(LNG), but the sustainable development of the LNG industry is in its early stage, and the associated companies lack the relevant knowledge and skills to manage and measure
their performance in achieving these sustainability goals. Therefore, this study intends to propose an assessment framework, the green sustainability balanced scorecard (GSBSC), for the LNG industry as a reference for creating sustainable strategies and adds a green operational object to extend the SBSC for theory development. Through the fuzzy Delphi questionnaire of experts, this study found the following. 1. Green operational and environmental objects are relatively important constructs of the GSBSC in the LNG industry. 2. ‘Operating risk and cost management’, ‘customer satisfaction’, ‘product management and recycling mechanism’ and ‘greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions’ are
relatively important indicators in their associated objects. This research preliminarily aims to provide relevant and refined advice for the Taiwanese LNG industry and extend the SBSC to the GSBSC. |

摘要: | This study used CodeMonkey, an online learning platform through which elementary teachers can learn
programming while playing games and experience how to integrate STEM into their courses. The study
analyzed and examined their experiences using a qualitative research method. According to the research results,
learning programming while playing games can encourage beginners to go all in. There are also complete
guidelines on the teaching platform, so beginning learners can quickly become familiar with the interactive
model, which stimulates their curiosity and changes the traditional learning method of teaching by teachers and
received by students. On the whole, learning programming itself is a rigid subject. At the fundamental stage,
learners can be greatly interested in learning it. However, if learners cannot understand the learning goals, the
advantages gained from their self-confidence and joy of learning will no longer exist. Among beginners to the
novel model of learning programming while playing games, there is no obvious difference in learning
effectiveness between male and female students. Learners who actively seek to solve problems during the
learning process can achieve better learning efficacy. |

摘要: | Online test websites can provide a more convenient and efficient dynamic learning approach and personalized
learning services, which is one of the important approaches to digital learning. However, the usability of online
test websites affects users’ learning efficacy. This study explored the impact of the usability of online test websites
on users, and the results can help website operators seeking to improve the websites’ usability. Based on the
relevant literature, this study synthesized three major metrics of the usability of online test websites and
summarized typical work priorities of such websites to design usability test items. The study considered one online
test website: A Remedial Education Institution for Learners to Take Civil Service Examination. The results show
that, with respect to usability, the website still has quite a few deficiencies that affect users’ effectiveness and
efficiency when using the website and cause users to be less satisfied with the website. Based on these results, this
study offered four specific recommendations for improving effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction in terms of
the usability of the online test website: enhancing interaction and instructions, following the inertia of interface
use, simplifying information organization, and diversifying information content. |
