| 摘要： | 本研究以七位經導師推薦有退縮行為的國小四年級學生為研究對象，並隨機分派至實驗組與控制組，實驗組三名、控制組四名。本研究採前、後測準實驗設計，實驗組成員接受每週一次、每次四十分鐘，共計十次之一對一兒童中心遊戲治療，控制組則不接受任何介入。本研究在遊戲治療施行前、後一週，兩組成員分別實施「六歲至十八歲兒童行為檢核表」、「六歲至十八歲兒童-教師報告表」及「國小學童自我概念量表」，量表結果以SPSS 建立資料庫，並以無母數統計之曼-惠尼U 檢定進行資料分析。此外，在遊戲治療介入前三週、介入期間、介入後三週，分別對七位研究參與者進行每週二次、每次十分鐘，共計十六週之課堂觀察，課堂觀察之結果以直接觀察表進行紀錄，並使用視覺分析法進行資料分析。主要研究結果如下：一、遊戲治療對社會退縮兒童之退縮行為具有顯著改善；二、遊戲治療對於社會退縮兒童之自我概念，未呈現立即性的改善；三、退縮兒童在接受遊戲治療前後之歷程變化呈現正向的改變。 |

| 摘要： | 本研究探究區辨模式沙盤督導對受督焦慮與督導效能之影響，共招募 5 對大學場域之全職實習諮商心理師及其督導者，配對督導者──受督導者，進行每週一次、共 12 次沙盤督導，督導單元依據本模式六個步驟進行。本研究以質性為主、量性為輔，研究參與者在沙盤督導第四、八、十二次後，接受個別訪談，共三次。受督導者接受沙盤督導前，填寫「預期受督導者焦慮量表」；督導者進行沙盤督導後，填寫「沙盤督導自我評估表」，共 12 次。訪談資料以內容分析法進行分析，量表資料以 Wilcoxon 等級檢定加以分析，以了解受督導者在督導歷程的焦慮情形及依循區辨模式督導者運用沙盤督導的效能及其轉變。結果顯示受督焦慮主題為：擺盤克服挑戰、展露安心；沙盤承載情緒、安放焦慮；沙圖具象故事、顯現脈絡；沙盤照映內在、滋長力量。督導效能主題為：跨越擔憂、喚發信心；隨心駕馭、斟酌平衡的督導焦點；水能載舟、亦能覆舟的督導者角色；穩固同盟、豐厚理解；共同觀盤、效能提升。結果亦顯示受督焦慮達統計顯著下降、督導效能無統計差異。研究者依據結果提出討論與對未來研究與實務的建議。 |

| 摘要： | 本研究旨在探討親子關係治療課程對收養家庭在親子關係及收養適應之協助與影響，共招募兩位收養母親參與，並以 Landreth 與 Bratton 所發展的親子關係治療十週模式進行。研究者於課程前、第六次與第十次課程結束後，對兩位收養母親進行個別半結構式深度訪談，以質性研究之主題分析法進行資料分析。研究結果顯示，親子關係治療課程協助收養母親增進對自己與孩子情緒的覺察，孩子被理解後情感表達更自在，收養母親也透過親子互動技巧及態度的學習，省思調整親子關係，以包容態度接納孩子，促進親子關係更信任且穩固。親子關係治療課程協助收養母親調整教養態度及方法、孩子正向成長，孩子對身世告知的反應也趨於和緩、並能接受。最後，研究者針對研究結果進行討論，並對未來研究及實務工作提出建議。 |

| 摘要： | 本文旨在探討沙盤治療概念結合區辨模式督導之個別沙盤督導模式。首先，探討沙盤治療的意涵以及其使用理念。其次，探討區辨模式之臨床督導，亦即三種督導焦點和三種督導角色的矩陣、九種督導介入的取向，並論述區辨模式之督導模式運用於全職實習諮商心理師之專業督導適切性。再者，探討沙盤治療的六大步驟結合區辨模式之個別沙盤督導模式，並提供可運用於全職實習諮商心理師的專業督導歷程中，使用區辨模式沙盤督導之沙盤題目範例，期能為個別沙盤督導的發展與運用提供一個新的可能及未來發展性。為因應現階段台灣每年約400-450位實習諮商心理師進行全職實習所需的個別專業督導，結合沙盤治療理念運用於諮商督導歷程的實務及研究，亦能從發展的、理論的、及教育的觀點，豐厚沙盤督導的領域。 |

| 摘要： | 研究旨在探討諮商心理師在遊戲治療及親師諮詢歷程中性別議題之覺察，共招募六位在學生輔導諮商中心進行遊戲治療的諮商心理師，以質性研究方法，藉由半結構之深度訪談，蒐集諮商心理師對兒童進行遊戲治療以及與家長和教師進行諮詢時的性別議題之覺察。本研究結果：(1)在遊戲治療歷程，包含：(a)諮商心理師性別觀念的影響在挑選玩具媒材時便開始，主要是顏色及撫育類洋娃娃，並試圖平衡媒材中的性別比例；(b)兒童展現對『陽剛氣質』崇羨，以及排拒有陰柔（女性化）意象的玩具；(c)諮商心理師對男孩性別刻板的反應較女孩快速，且對於異性兒童之身體接觸較為警覺。(2)在家長諮詢歷程，包含：(a)性別即權力，家長諮詢過程中男性家長地位較高；(b)兒童的家庭分工潛藏性別議題；(c)諮商心理師因應家長性別調整用詞，貼近不同性別之家長。(3)在教師諮詢歷程，包含：(a)諮商心理師覺察性別與權威在教師諮詢中之意涵，藉此作為諮詢之溝通媒材；(b)諮商心理師看見對教師的性別刻板進行衛教的重要性。最後，研究者根據研究結果提出討論與建議，做為遊戲治療訓練與實務工作者以及未來研究者之參考。 |

| 摘要： | The purpose of the present study was to investigate the immediate and retained learning effects of childcentered
play therapy (CCPT) training with college counseling students in Taiwan. Thirty-five junior
undergraduate students participated in the study. Research participants completed the revised Chinese
version Play Therapy Attitude, Knowledge, and Skills Survey (PTAKSS-R) four times, including pretest,
posttest, follow-up (afters three months), and after internship (after six months). Repeated measured
analysis of variance (RM-ANOVA) was employed to explore participants’ changes in their play therapy
attitude, knowledge, and skills across time. The results of RM-ANOVA on the attitude, knowledge, and
skills subscales, as well as total score, revealed statistically significant increases across four data collection
points and demonstrated large effect sizes (ηp
2 0.227 ~ 0.791). The findings in this study suggest that
students responded to play therapy training with positive changes and were able to retain these changes
across time. Limitations of this study and recommendations for play therapy training and future research
are addressed. |

| 摘要： | The exploratory study investigated the impact of Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT) on children who present with internalizing and externalizing behavioral concerns through a single-case design. Two second-grade male children in northern Taiwan displaying clinical levels of internalizing or externalizing behavior problems underwent 9 weeks of weekly 40-minute CCPT sessions. The children’s parents and teachers completed the Child Behavior Checklist and Teacher’s Report Form before and after play therapy. Observational data were collected via the Direct Observation Form throughout the baseline, intervention, and follow-up phases. Observation data were evaluated through visual analysis. In-session play therapy notes and the children’s play therapy behavior scores were also analyzed. The participants’ internalizing and externalizing problem behaviors demonstrated slight decreases. |

| 摘要： | The purpose of the present study was to investigate the effect of child-centered group play therapy on children of new immigrants in Taiwan exhibiting relationship difficulties. Eight second- and third-grade children in Northern Taiwan participated in the study. Research participants were randomly assigned into experimental groups and control groups. Children in the experimental group received child-centered group play therapy once a week for 12 weeks. The Social Skill Behaviors and Characteristics Scale for Elementary and Junior School Students (SSBCS, student version and teacher version) and the Parenting Stress Index (PSI) were used to examine the effect. The children and their teachers also participated in semistructured interviews. Results revealed that child-centered group play therapy represented an effective treatment for interpersonal behavior, self-confidence, self-acceptance, and affection among the children of new immigrants. Child-centered group play therapy is also a way to enhance the psychological health of children of new immigrants in Taiwan and to improve the children’s relationships in school. The limitations of this study and the recommendations for school counselors and future research are addressed. |

| 摘要： | 本研究由導師轉介，共招募八名呈現內化行為問題之國小低年級兒童為研究參與者，先進行性別變項後，將兩名兒童組成一個團體，再以隨機方式分為實驗組與控制組，每組各兩個團體、四名研究參與者。實驗組兒童接受每週一次、每次四十分鐘之兒童中心團體遊戲治療，共計十次；控制組兒童在研究期間則不接受諮商介入。團體遊戲治療前、歷程中、結束後，邀請兒童導師填寫「教師報告表」、及兒童家長填寫「兒童行為檢核表」與「親職壓力量表」。此外，團體遊戲治療前三週、介入期間、結束後三週，對八位兒童進行每週二次、每次十分鐘、共計十六週之課堂觀察，課堂觀察紀錄於直接觀察表並以視覺分析進行資料分析。根據「教師報告表」及「兒童行為檢核表」的「內化量尺」結果，實驗組兒童接受團體遊戲治療後，分別有75%、50% 兒童的內化行為問題從臨床範圍下降至正常範圍。在「親職壓力量表」的「兒童分量表」四位實驗組兒童的後測分數均低於前測，產生臨床顯著。綜合視覺分析，實驗組兒童之內化行為困擾(退縮行為）在團體遊戲治療歷程呈現小幅度的改變。最後，研究者根據研究結果提出討論與建議，做為國小輔導實務工作者及未來研究者之參考。 |
