摘要: | The design of water-cooling condensers is a typical nonlinear and Multi-Input Multi-
Output (MIMO) problem. In order to find out the manufacturing parameters to realize the optimal performance
of this condenser, Taguchi’s optimization and inverse-model technology are integrated in this
paper. First, the Taguchi method is used to determine the minimum required times of the experiment and
the important factors which affect the out performance of most of this condenser. Next, the Adaptive
Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS), being widely used to model different kinds of nonlinear systems,
is further extended to a MIMO-ANFIS (MANFIS) architecture to train the inverse model for this
condenser. Since the well-trained model has been characterized with the unique ability of figuring out the
inverse relationship of each input–output set, the manufacturing parameters can be found. A case study
involving statistical characterization and multiple criteria optimization on the design of a water-cooling
condenser is successfully presented to confirm the effectiveness of the proposed method. |

摘要: | Global warming and fossil fuel exhaustion are deteriorating even further, of which energy-saving and
carbon emission-reducing are the most critical. In a building, about 40% to 48% of the total electricity
used is consumed by air conditioning systems. A novel water-misting cooling condenser based on
supersonic vibrators with dual-fuzzy control was developed. The simulation studies and experimental
tests based on a 12,500 Kcal/h air-cooled chiller platform were completed. The results from the above
studies and tests consistently shown that the proposed condenser is an excellent solution to pull up the
energy efficiency for the cooling system. In addition, the inherent drawbacks of current chillers such as
water noises, taking-up space, and unnecessary energy consumption caused by improper controls
between compressor and condenser can be improved by this proposal. |

摘要: | In recent years, due to the improvement in industrial and living standards, the demand for electricity has repeatedly reached new heights every year. Because of the low price of coal, coal-fired power generation accounts for a large proportion of the total power generated. In addition to emitting large amounts of carbon dioxide and exacerbating climate change, coal combustion emits a large number of harmful substances, such as PM2.5, that poses a direct threat to human health. The Paris Agreement came into force at the end of 2016. With the worsening global air pollution problem, all governments began taking relevant measures. Among these measures, the low-emission and high-efficiency coal gasification technology is the most practical method. Coal gasification is caused by the pyrolysis
(thermal cracking) of coal, air, and water to produce syngas. However, due to the uncertainty of coal quality, controlling the optimal proportion of coal, water, and air response to the output during pyrolysis is very important. First, in this study, Matlab or Simulink were used to establish a dynamic simulation platform for the gasifier. Second, these software
were used to find the optimal proportion of coal, water, and air through the Taguchi method. Finally, the multiple adaptive neural fuzzy inference system(MANFIS)/particle swarm optimization (PSO)/proportional-integral-derivative controller was designed using MANFISs and PSO. As the wateregas reaction and the Boudouard reaction are the major reactions of the gasification process, the uncertainty of coal quality was compensated in this study by adjusting the amount of water to improve the output of synthetic gas and reduce slag. |

摘要: | Because hydrogen can be extracted naturally and stored for a long time, different types of fuel cells have
been developed to generate clean power, particularly for use in vehicles. However, the power demand of
a running vehicle leads to unstable and irregular loading of fuel cells. This not only reduces fuel cell
lifespan and efficiency but also affects driving safety when the slow output response cannot satisfy an
abrupt increase in power demand. Magnetic flywheels with characteristics such as high energy density,
high-speed charging ability, and low loss have been extensively used in Formula One cars. This study
developed a hybrid powertrain in which a magnetic flywheel system (MFS) is integrated with the fuel
cells to solve the aforementioned problems. Moreover, an auto-tuning proportionaleintegralederivative
(PID) controller based on the controls of a multiple adaptive neuro-fuzzy interference system and particle
swarm optimization was designed for MFS control. Furthermore, MATLAB/Simulink simulations
considering an FTP-75 urban driving cycle were conducted, and a variability improvement of approximately
27.3% in fuel cell output was achieved. |

摘要: | The design of water-cooled condensers is a typical nonlinear and multiple-input, multiple-output (MIMO)

and a simulation platform developed by using the COMSOL Multiphysics software was used. First,
the minimum number of experiments required to represent the full-factorial design and the most critical
factors affecting product performance were determined by using Taguchi’s method. Next, the adaptive
neuro-fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) was extended to an MIMO–ANFIS architecture and used to train
an inverse model for realizing the desired design. By using a well-trained model that can determine the
inverse relationship of each input–output set, the manufacturing parameters for the optimal performance
were obtained. A simulation study on a water-cooled condenser is presented to demonstrate the
effectiveness of the proposed method. |

摘要: | This paper proposes a novel powertrain with a magnetic flywheel to compensate the fuel-cell output for electric vehicle (EV). This design is to maintain the fuel cell output in constant preventing from polarization loss occurring in violent driving. The simulation results show that this design can effectively support the fuel cell to meet the EV power demand and level up the fuel cell efficiency on a better performance. |

摘要: | Steering wheels and joysticks are the most familiar tools for vehicular operations so far. However, they may become difficult to meet some special demands as driving in a narrow-and-small capsule or in rapid-responding steering etc. used in entertainment or military. In this paper, based on the signals of center of gravity (COG) from the driver’s seat, a novel vehicular control method is proposed and developed. In this study, a tricycle system with two front wheels and one rear wheel (2F/1R), is designed and set up to simulate the conventional steering mechanism in ships or airplanes. The system setup mainly includes a wheel motor, a dc motor and a pilot’s seat. They are designed to be a main mover, a steering driver and controller, respectively. In addition, the slope angles of the pilot’s seat detected by tilts are used as the displacement signals. In this study, the mean absolute percentage error between simulation and experimental studies is smaller than 1.05%. The effectiveness of this proposed design is confirmed. |

摘要: | Light emitting diodes (LEDs) have many advantages, including a low power consumption, a long lifetime
and a small size. However, at temperatures greater than 120 °C, a significant deterioration of the
lamp body and packaging materials occurs. As a result, effective thermal management schemes are essential
in maintaining the performance and reliability of high-power LED modules. One of the most common
forms of LED cooling system is a heat sink consisting of an array of vertical fins designed in such a way
as to optimize the heat dissipation efficiency through conduction, convection and radiation effects. In
practice, the efficiency of such systems is largely dependent on the thermal conductivity of the fin material.
Accordingly, the present study performs a numerical investigation into the cooling efficiency of a
heat sink consisting of aluminum-graphite pin fins under ambient temperature conditions of 35 °C, 70 °C
and 80 °C and natural convection air flow velocities of 0.5 ms−1, 2 ms−1 and 4 ms−1. The simulations assume
the pin fins to be fabricated of aluminum-graphite composite material with graphite contents ranging
from 0 to 90 vol.%. In general, the results confirm the effectiveness of graphite addition in improving
the heat transfer performance of passive aluminum pin fin heat sinks. It is found that for all values of
the ambient temperature and convection air flow velocity, the heat transfer performance improves as
the graphite addition is increased from 0 to 60 vol.%. However, at higher values of the graphite concentration,
only a minor further improvement in the heat transfer rate is obtained. Thus, it is inferred that
a graphite content of 60 vol.% represents the optimal design for the present aluminum-graphite pin fins |

摘要: | The proportional integral derivative (PID) controller is the most frequently used controller design for indus-trial applications because of its favorable response and simplicity of adjustment. However, PID manual tuning is traditionally based on engineering experience, and adjusting nonlinear or unknown systems is extremely difficult. In promoting an intelligent controller design theory that can be applied to the control of various sys-tems, this paper proposes a nonlinear control design (NCD) method that involves determining the optimal solu-tion and obtaining the transfer function of an unknown system by using sequential quadratic programming (SQP). In addition, this paper presents a case study of an induction motor V/F speed control to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method based on MATLAB simulation. The results prove that the design of the proposed intelligent PID controller is more robust than traditional controller designs. |

摘要: | Recently, phase separation and fluid flow problems have been an important phenomenon in fluid dynamics, which has many important industrial applications. Lattice Boltzmann method (LBM) is the numerical method to explain the behaviour of fluid dynamics in mesoscopic scale single-component single-phase and multi-component multiphase flows. In this paper, we study the lattice Boltzmann models in two dimensions(2D)with nine directions(Q9), that is the D2Q9 model was used to study the phase separation and observe that the phenomenon of fluid flow in a cylinder has obstacle and square cavity. The simulation results show that fluid flow in the square cavity and fluid flow in the cylinder, simulation show phase separation of single-component multiphase fluid flow can observe to bubble information occur by the LBM. |

摘要: | Most of days, the summer temperature in Taiwan is higher than 30 degree Celsius. Where, heat dissipation for devices becomes more difficult and needs more electric power. In addition, devices discharging waste heat via traditional ways that accelerates global warming. In order to serve
above problems, a self-balanced cooling system is developed. Based on Stirling engine, waste heat is
recycled and transformed into a kinetic power. In this paper, this power is used to relieve heat via a fan
by devices themselves. Besides, for higher heat input yields larger power to drive a fan and vice versa
to Stirling engine, a self-cooling cycle naturally forms under above autonomous control. The feasibility assessment will be confirmed via simulation studies. |

摘要: | For the passive and semi-active suspensions are characterized as with constant parameters which cannot cope with time-variant road conditions, the suspension results are difficult to be satisfied. Although, the active ones are better than previous two on suspension performance, until now which are still far from real application for the drawbacks of complicated structure, large volume, costly, and difficult maintenance. Here, Ball Screw (BS) is with the characteristics of smaller volume, precise positioning, and well handling high-speed forward and backward transmissions. Instead of hydraulic or pneumatic mechanisms used for vehicle suspension, BS is adopted to be the main body of the proposed New Adaptive Suspension System (NASS). Besides, in order to overcome the unavoidable time-delay resulted from mechanical or computational operations, the Kalman filter, integrated with suspension controller, is used to estimate the road conditions. The effectiveness and
feasibility of this proposal are confirmed through simulation studies. |

摘要: | The water misting cooling has phase change characteristics,so the cooling efficiency is
better than water cooled ,and more saveing energy, save water, less noise ,It is being widely used in
the air conditioning system for the condenser cooling. In order to enhance the cooling efficiency of
the water misting cooling system and improve the efficiency of the air conditioning system in the cold
room, In the study use ultrasonic water misting cooling chiller for controlled object, and proposed the
dual-effect fuzzy control system controller’s design concepts ,carry out the fuzzy controller and the
control circuit in the FPGA chip to reach the goal of the product, After the relevant tests that is
differing from traditional air-cooled water chillers. In the study, in addition to improve the
shortcomings of traditional chiller energy consumption, to enhance the efficiency of water misting
cooling system, achieve more saving energy and high efficiency control purposes . |

摘要: | This study proposes a new modeling method for unknown systems. Through this method,
the transfer functions can be identified. First, theinput-output data pairs of the unidentified system
should be collected. Then, the transfer function’s coefficients can be identifiedbased on the errors
viathe derivative-free search methods such as GA etc. Here, a second-order transfer function is used
in this study. For a second-order transfer function is difficult to approach each system, a plurality of
transfer functions may be used depending on the precise requirement. Finally, following the
previous steps, the other transfer function can be found in succession.
In order to confirm the effectiveness of this proposed method, an electromagnetic flywheel (EF)
system is used in this study. Such kinds of systems are always with manyuncertainties as nonlinear
electromechanical coupling and electromagnetic saturation, etc. They are difficult to modeling via
traditional mathematic ways. In this study, the data pairs of EF system is collected by experiments.
By assessing the results of the proposaland experimental data shows that this method is feasible to
any unknown systems. |

摘要: | Atomic force microscope (AFM) is a very
high-resolution type of scanning probe microscope, which
is an essential characterization and actuation tool in modern
nanoscience or engineering. This paper investigates the
bifurcation and chaos behavior of the probe tip from AFM
system by the differential transformation method (DTM).
The dynamic behavior of the probe tip is characterized by
reference to bifurcation diagrams, phase portraits, power
spectra, Poincare’ maps and maximum Lyapunov exponent
plots produced using the time-series data obtained from
DTM. The results indicate that the probe tip behavior is
significantly dependent on the magnitude of the vibrational
amplitude. Specifically, the probe tip motion changes from
T-periodic to 3T-periodic, then from 2T-periodic to multiperiodic,
and finally to chaotic motion with windows of
periodic motion as the vibrational amplitude is increased
from 0 to 2.0. Furthermore, it is demonstrated that the
DTM is in good agreement for the considered system. |

摘要: | Robotic systems are complicated, nonlinear, multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO) systems, which make the design of model-based controllers for robotic systems particularly difficult. Moreover, to achieve reasonable control performance, the dynamic coupling effects between degrees of freedom (DOFs) of the robotic systems must be over-
come during the control process. Although a model-free, self-organizing fuzzy controller(SOFC) can be applied to the manipulation of complex and nonlinear systems, its pa-
rameters are difficult to select appropriately, and it mainly focuses on controlling single-input single-output systems rather than MIMO systems. To address these problems, this study developed a self-organizing fuzzy radial basis function neural-network controller(SFRBFNC) for robotic systems. The SFRBFNC introduces a radial basis function neural-network into the SOFC to compensate for the dynamic coupling effects between the DOFs of the robotic system, as well as solve the problem caused by inappropriate selection of parameters in designing an SOFC. The SFRBFNC demonstrated control performance
superior to the SOFC, as shown in experimental results from motion control tests of a 6-DOF robot. |

摘要: | The self-balancing ability is considered to be the most basic and important function for vehicles, such as airplanes, submarines, or ships etc., while an impact from outside hits on their bodies. The purpose of this study is to develop a concise rolling-motion control (RMC) to realize the desired self-balancing performance. For the design of RMC mechanism, first, the one-degree-of-freedom (1DOF) wheeled inverted pendulum (WIP) system is imaged to perform the rolling-motion nature of vehicle model. Next, through the eigen-analysis, the system stability and controllability can be evaluated. Third, in order to realize the self-balanced mechanism via a digital signal processor (DSP), the concise and realizable methods, as system pole-placement and linear quadratic regulator (LQR), are employed to replace and optimize the instable system poles. In addition, the genetic algorithm (GA) is used to determine the optimal parameters for LQR optimization. Finally, the one-wheeled inverted pendulum system is setup that successfully presents the effectiveness of the proposed method. |

摘要: | In recent years, wind power has grown rapidly all around the world. However, as the operation capacity of modern wind farms become comparable with the existed power plants, the fluctuation output of a large wind farm brings many integration challenges as the penetration level increase. For a smoother output of a large wind farm into the utility grids, a variety of energy storage or conversion strategies are proposed. Although these proposals seem to be helpful to smooth out the fluctuating output of the wind farms, all these strategies always need to rely on not only the complicated computations but also those unsure estimation methods to achieve the power compensation works. In this paper, the Adaptive Continuously Variable Transmission (ACVT) adopting to the individual wind turbine for fixed-speed control is proposed. For the ACVT, regarded as a fluctuation filter, can adapt the driving speed transmitted from wind mill to a fixed-speed. Consequently, the output voltage of the individual wind turbine can maintain in stability. The main features of the proposal are confirmed by means of numerical simulations. |

摘要: | This paper presents a novel method of integrating both optimization and inversely modeling methods to determine the optimal input-parameter for a multi-input multi-output (MIMO) system to realize the desired output-performance. First, the Taguchi method is employed to minimize experimental numbers and to collect experimental data representing the quality performances of a MIMO system. Next, the MANFIS is used to train the inverse model based on the data from the Taguchi experimental method. The adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) has been widely used for modeling different kinds of nonlinear systems. In this study, the method is further extended to MIMO-ANFIS (MANFIS) architecture to train the inverse model. The well-trained model has the ability of uniquely determining the inverse relationship for each input–output set. A case study involving statistical characterization and multiple criteria optimization on injection molding for plastic ball grid array (PBGA) is successfully presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. |

摘要: | This paper describes the design and production of an ultrasound driver with the functions of short-circuits protection and multi-frequency scanning. Design considerations include frequency, frequency noise, output power and operating voltage, etc. To minimize cost, the circuit design deploys the modulization of the oscillator and the pre-amp, which increases interchangeability. The high output power is produced with a high efficiency bridge switching circuit combined with a series resonance and multi-frequency scanning circuit to control and improve the switching efficiency. In addition, this design includes a high speed detection circuit for constant monitoring of the high frequency output and output status, but also replaces the need for traditional designs using fuse protection. The fuse and 2-level protection system will not only increase safety for the device, the user, as well as the user environment, but also lower overall servicing and repair costs |

摘要: | For the flourishing development of the motor industrial technology in recent years, the improvements between driving performance and security are promoted enormously. However, most of the stability control systems for vehicles such as ESP, EBA and VDC, are always limited in those studies such as yaw, side-slip, brake system or traction controls. In this dissertation, the purpose of this study is concentrated on the users’ desires to design a roll steering controller which is based on Grey theory and Kalman filter, and similar to a continuously controlled chassis concept(Four-C, Volvo) framed in the central console. The studying approaches are first, by using the grey theory and the vehicular dynamic equations to estimate the next roll angle of the vehicle during passing one curve. Next, through combining the Kalman filter and SRL control rule, tire speed and steering wheel angle to design a fuzzy grey controller. Consequently, the controller can facilitate the driver to control the steering roll angle in dynamic way matching up with individual driving habit, and improve the driving performance and security at the same time. |

摘要: | The Lattice Boltzmann Method (LBM) is a modern numerical technique, very efficient, flexible to simulate different flows within complex and varying geometries. Historically, it originated from lattice gas cellular automata, which simulate the dynamics of fluid particles on a microscopic level based on the Boltzmann equation in a discrete phase space using only a small number of velocities adapted to a regular grid in space. During the last two decades, the LBM has been developed as an alternative numerical scheme for solving the incompressible Navier-Stokes equations (NS). Phase separation is an important phenomenon in fluid dynamics, which has many important industrial applications. In this paper, we study Lattice Boltzmann model in two dimensions and nine directions. D2Q9 model used to study the phase separation in fluids flow. The results of simulations show that fluids flow in the cavity and the cylinder, simulation show phase separation of single component multiphase flow can observe bubble information by LBM. |

摘要: | According to the recent studies knows that the induction motors are difficult to be simulated precisely through the equivalend circuit of a steady-state response without including a transient one. This study will explore calculation of the precise transfer function of nonlinear
control and nonlinear function, which can both cope with the steady-state response performance as well as approximate the transient response. Here, the first step is to set up a methematic model based on a real system. Second, through the Nonlinear Control Desicn (NCD) to acquire the nonlinear characteristics of the mathematically and use the identified data based on the given inputs and outputs to simulate the induction motor. These approaches are helpful to design the relative
controllers for back up the system stability. The nonlinear parts are explored by using the noninear
function to approximate the NCD error to achieve a more precise transfer function while keeping simulation errors within an acceptable fange. |

摘要: | The common target for vehicular industry, as auto motor, ship, or aircraft, always focuses on minimum cost, lowest fuel consumption, and optimal function, but many contradictions exist and conflict with each other. So if can effectively retrieve the wind loss against on car body and transfer to useful power as turn obstruction into helping hand , then the energy efficiency of vehicle system can be promoted. In this paper, the auxiliary generation system based on wind power is proposed to improve energy efficiency and stabilize electric power supply. The effectiveness of this proposal is confirmed through the MATLAB/SIMULINK simulation studies and the comparison of logical demonstration to induce the optimal system. |

摘要: | In power system, how to improve the fault diagnosis technology of transmission line has always been the primary goal of power grid operators. In recent years, due to the rise of green energy, the addition of all kinds of distributed power also has an impact on the stability of the power system. Because the smart meters are with the function of data recording and bidirectional transmission, the adaptive Fuzzy Neural inference system, ANFIS, as well as the artificial intelligence that has the characteristics of learning and estimation in artificial intelligence. For transmission network, in order to avoid misjudgment of the fault type and location due to the input of these unstable power sources, combined with the above advantages of smart meter and ANFIS, a method for identifying fault types and location of faults is proposed in this study. In ANFIS training, the bus voltage and current information collected by smart meters can be trained through the ANFIS tool in MATLAB to generate fault codes to identify different types of faults and the location of faults. In addition, due to the uncertainty of distributed generation, a wind power system is added to the transmission network to verify the diagnosis correctness of the study. Simulation results show that the method proposed in this study can correctly identify the fault type and location of fault with more efficiency, and can deal with the interference caused by the addition of unstable power sources. |

摘要: | The design of water-cooling condensers is a typical nonlinear and Multi-Input Multi-
Output (MIMO) problem. In order to find out the manufacturing parameters to realize the optimal performance
of this condenser, Taguchi’s optimization and inverse-model technology are integrated in this
paper. First, the Taguchi method is used to determine the minimum required times of the experiment and
the important factors which affect the out performance of most of this condenser. Next, the Adaptive
Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS), being widely used to model different kinds of nonlinear systems,
is further extended to a MIMO-ANFIS (MANFIS) architecture to train the inverse model for this
condenser. Since the well-trained model has been characterized with the unique ability of figuring out the
inverse relationship of each input–output set, the manufacturing parameters can be found. A case study
involving statistical characterization and multiple criteria optimization on the design of a water-cooling
condenser is successfully presented to confirm the effectiveness of the proposed method. |

摘要: | There is no literature mentioning the electromechanical behavior of a micro-beam, one of the common microstructure in micro devices, driven by traveling electrostatic forces. This paper is to present the dynamics and stabilities of a micro-beam on which an electrostatic force travels to and fro. The traveling electrostatic force may be induced by a row of actuated electrodes which are arranged beneath the micro-beam and actuated sequentially. The linearized distributed model considering the electromechanical coupling effect between electrostatic force and structure is derived based on the small deflection assumption. According to the analytical results, the micro-beam will resonate when the traveling speeds of the electrostatic force approach some critical speeds. The critical speeds are equal to the ratio of the natural frequencies to the wave number of the correlative natural mode of the micro-beam. Besides, the micro-beam may be unstable at some traveling speeds differing from the critical speeds. Furthermore the unstable regions expand with increasing driving voltage. This article may lead to a new research branch on electrostatic-driven micro devices.

摘要: | 本研究提出一新型主動式懸吊系統,以精密機械工業常使用的滾珠螺桿來代替一般車用懸吊用的結構及主動式懸吊中的油壓或氣壓式系統結構,使用滾珠螺桿主動式懸吊來針對其螺帽滑件承載受一路面干擾的位移變化,並透過工業界常使用的PID控制器來做為控制器的主體,模擬實驗測試懸吊系統的路面抑制性能來做可行性評估,其結果有補償過度的情形發生,研究對輸入路面的外來震動干擾以卡爾曼濾波器來進行估測以輔助改善此問題。本研究主動式懸吊系統在路面抑止上與作動速度能與測試路面干擾作作配合,並透過模擬實驗來驗證。 |

摘要: | The flat plate heat pipe (FPHP) made of aluminum with a copper-coated surface, for filling acetone, is investigated by experiment. Performance indicators, such as temperature uniformity, thermal resistance and maximum heat transport are measured on the varying filling amounts of working fluid. After 2000 h of compatibility test, the results show that the generated rate of non-condensable gas (NCG) for a 1.4 g filling amount is larger than the one of 1.7 g. After that, The NCG exhausted process is operated after this 2000 h, then continued for an additional 2000 h compatibility test. Finally, it can proof that the FPHP is available under the compatibility between the aluminum and acetone. |

摘要: | This study is to design and develop a novel cooling system for the needs of the UV printing industries. From now to then, there are two ways to cool down papers which are after UV printing. One is extending production line, so that natural cooling; the other is directly set the production line in air-conditioned room, fixed at room temperature to cool down the paper. However, the disadvantages of the two methods are existed. Extending production line can get natural cooling, but the production rate would be down and also time costly. On the other hand, it can get rapid cooling in air-conditioned room, though it is consuming energy. In order to figure out the method which can make the substrate cool down significantly in the short time, a lot of researches concerning with heat dissipation issues are surveyed in this study. Here, the Jet Impingement Cooling is acknowledged as the best method than others. In this study, a novel cooling system is designed and setup based on the concept of Jet Impingement Cooling. First, in order to evaluate the effectiveness of heat dissipation and find out the optimal parameters of the proposed system, the algorithm combined finite element method with the Taguchi’s method is developed. Next, by using above results, a real cooling system would be built for the physical experiment. Finally, the comparisons between simulation and experimental results are made for confirming the effectiveness of the proposed system. |

摘要: | 不同於傳統上機械式可變慣性飛輪,電磁式飛輪乃是經由控制激磁電流來調整飛輪轉速並達到動能儲存之目的,其相較於機械式的慣性控制,不僅可減小飛輪體積/重量、操作簡單,更能平滑的調整飛輪轉速與精確的控制儲存能量。但是由於此系統存在著許多非線性機電耦合或電磁飽和等不確定因數,不容易以傳統的數學方式來精確建模,導致其在設計與應用上受到限制。為此、本研究首先建立一實機量測平台來進行參數量測以取得飛輪系統之輸入與輸出關係後,再透過適應性網路模糊推論系統來建立其非線性模型。此模型將有助於往後電磁式飛輪的應用與發展。 |

摘要: | For controller design in the industrial com-munity, PID controller is the most popular one, which can achieve good response after some adjustments due to its simplicity. However, in the past, adjustments were handled manually according to experience and it is extremely diffi-cult to adjust nonlinear or unknown systems. This study puts forward an intelligent controller design theory that can be applied to control of various systems. First, through NCD (Nonlinear Control Design) to find the optimal solu-tion and obtain the transfer function of the unknown system by using SQP (sequential quadratic programming) method. Next, use the induction motor V/F speed control as a case study to confirm the effectiveness of above the proposed method viaMATLAB simulation. The results prove that the design of the intelligent PID controller proposed in this paper has a better robustness than the traditional ones. |

摘要: | Abstract—The overheated problem is the important issue in the operation of the hyperbaric oxygen chamber. A cooling system is applied to reduce the temperature of the hyperbaric oxygen chamber. We present the finite element method to build three types cooling system for solving the overheated phenomena in this problem. For achieving the better cooling way, this investigation considers different types of cooling channel and pressure of the chamber in this simulated process. These simulated results show that the proposed method is accurate, stable, and efficient for handling the heat transfer problems. We expect that the proposed study can apply to ameliorate the overheated problem effectively. |
