摘要:The study aims to investigate the relationships among principals’authentic leadership,teachers’trust and teachers’organizational citizenship behavior. It further examines the effect of moderation of teachers’trust. A survey adopting stratified proportional sampling has been conducted to gather the responses from a sample of 394 junior-high-school teachers from Yunlin County,Chiayi County,and Nantou City in Taiwan. Data are analyzed by using statistical methods,such as descriptive statistical analysis,reliability analysis, validity analysis,factor analysis,correlation analysis,and moderated regression analysis to examine whether the hypotheses are supported. Research findings include: ( 1) there are significant positive correlations among principals’authentic leadership,teachers’trust and teachers’organizational citizenship behavior; ( 2) the“trust in supervisor”aspect of teachers’trust positively moderates the relationship between principals’authentic leadership and teachers’organizational citizenship behavior. Based on the above findings, three suggestions are put forth: ( 1) school leaders should be chosen prudently; ( 2) an authentic atmosphere should be created in schools; ( 3) a teacher should hold a professional enthusiastic attitude towards work.

著作名稱:The Correlation between Employee Information Literacy and Employee Creativity

摘要:The main purpose of this study is to investigate the information literacy and creativity that employees should possess when dealing with workplace-related issues in the information technology era, in order to further improve organizational competitiveness. This study enrolled organization employees as the subjects in an attempt to understand the current status of their information literacy and creativity, as well as to include happiness as a moderator for investigation. This study used stratified convenience sampling to distribute both online and written questionnaires according to the units. A total of 355 questionnaires were returned, with a return rate of 71 %. The results showed that there is a significant positive correlation between employee information literary and employee creativity (EC), and there is a significant positive correlation between employee happiness and EC. Employee happiness can moderate the relationship between employee information literacy and employee creativity.

摘要:The main purpose of this study was to determine whether the spontaneous playfulness that occurs in the classroom and contributes the class climate influences the creativity of students. The study found that the management and creation of fun-loving and happy class atmosphere was important to vocational high school students. Data collected to test the study hypothesis showed a positive correlation between the class climate related to playfulness and students’ graphic and linguistic creativity. The “cooperation and intimacy” feature of the class climate was able to directly predict student creativity.

著作名稱:Effects of Social Support and Cross-Strait Cognition on Life Adaptation of Exchange Students from Taiwan and Chinese Mainland

摘要:This study made use of questionnaires to investigate the current situation of social support, cross-strait cognition and life adaptation of university students who were exchanged from Taiwan to the Chinese mainland and vice versa. Path analysis was also performed to establish a relation model between life adaptation and its influencing factors. Results showed that: (1) the perception levels of all exchange students in social support and life adaptation were above average; (2) significant difference was found in cross-strait cognition before and after the exchange, with post-exchange cognition significantly higher than pre-exchange one; (3) significant differences were found among different demographic variables for life adaptation of exchange students from Taiwan to the Chinese mainland; (4) there were interactive influences of cognition types and the region that exchange students come from on life adaptation, with the life adaptation of the Chinese mainland students in Taiwan better that Taiwan students in the Chinese mainland both in “cognition-enhanced” and “cognition-decreased” groups; (5) the demographic variables of exchange students influenced their life adaptation through the mediating effects of their perception of social support and cross-strait cognition.

摘要:With the widespread establishment of universities and technical colleges in Taiwan, having a university degree is no longer a privilege of the few. However, it has also led to the emergence of many socially inexperienced people with higher education degrees who need more workplace competitiveness. Therefore, students’ employability is a topic worth exploring. Equally, the number of students in hospitality-related departments is still very high in the current conditions, while the employment situation in the tourism and hospitality industry is relatively challenging and unstable, making students’ employability even more critical. This study examines the relationship between self-efficacy, creativity, employability, and personality traits in the hospitality and tourism industry. Descriptive statistics and factor analysis confirm the previous research findings. In addition, testing of the scale reliability and validity is needed. A structural equation modeling (SEM) approach and mediation analysis are adopted to test the research hypotheses and explore gender differences. The study aims to understand how individual characteristics contribute to career success and identify any unique challenges or advantages based on gender. The research results show that personality traits can affect and influence employability in terms of self-efficacy. Furthermore, personality traits can affect self-efficacy, and self-efficacy can enhance creativity and improve employability.

It is hoped that government administrative agencies, relevant units, and subsequent researchers will pay attention to the research variables and provide specific suggestions and references.

摘要:Schoolchildren are the future drivers of national progress and development. In Taiwan, their contribution is essential to enhancing Taiwan’s competitiveness and charting its future growth. Accordingly, schoolchildren-related research topics must be studied. Education authorities have also recognized the effects of school education on long-term national development and, consequently, acknowledged the necessity of identifying relevant problems in advance and formulating response measures for addressing these problems. The main research method tried to use literature review. This study examined several research variables and conducted a literature review to explore the optimistic attitude, humor styles, and creativity of schoolchildren.

This study adopts literature analysis method. Based on the findings, the study proposed suggestions in expectation of providing guidance to educational administrative units. The study findings may also serve as a reference for future researchers during their selection of research variables.

摘要:This paper discusses the connotations between the learning outcomes of economically disadvantaged students and time factors. We recruited 1,053 economically disadvantaged students from a private university as participants and collected their mean scores in professional courses for 4 years. After observing the initial learning outcomes and academic growth rates of the students, this study concluded that counseling satisfaction had a cross-level moderating effect on learning outcomes. Additionally, the learning outcomes of economically disadvantaged students in professional courses exhibited decelerating growth with time, whereas cross-level counseling satisfaction had a significant influence and moderating effect on academic growth rate.

摘要:This study recruited 483 new immigrant children in the fifth and sixth grades of elementary schools in Tainan to determine the correlation between various aspects of their optimism and creativity and the moderating effect of playfulness. Statistical methods involving items, reliability, analysis, descriptive statistics, two-way analysis of variance, and the moderating effect test were applied to questionnaire data. Significant positive relationships between optimism, playfulness, and creativity were identified with the schoolchildren, and playfulness moderated the relationship between their optimism and creativity.

摘要:臺灣目前面臨人口老化、生育率低落,以及年金保險破產危機等社會問 題,導致繳交各種年金的就業人士在退休保障可能受損的情況下,年金制度 勢必需要改革,然而改革結果的公平性是否會影響工作士氣是值得探究的。 為此,本研究針對 2018 年 7 月 1 日開始執行「公立學校教職員退休資遣撫卹 條例」之後,用問卷調查法檢視 368 位臺南市國小教師的年金改革公平認知、 工作滿意和工作士氣的關係,並驗證年金改革公平認知在工作滿意對工作士 氣的調節效果。

著作名稱:Pre-service Teachers: Classroom Observation and Perception of Future Creative Teaching: A Case Study of Grade Five Interns in Traditional Taiwan Normal Universities

摘要:Taking grade five interns of the traditional Taiwan normal universities as the research object, questionnaire survey is used to explore the relationship between pre service teacher classroom observation and future creative teaching, and a total of 210 valid questionnaires from 4 universities are collected. The results show that there are significant differences between the different internship grades and internship schools, the perceived classroom observation and the future creative teaching behavior; that the classroom observation of preservice teachers has a significant positive correlation with the future creative teaching behavior; and that the classroom observation of preservice teachers has a significant predictive effect on future creative teaching behavior.

摘要:近年来,面对教育城乡落差扩大,偏远地区教师流动频繁直接影响学童学习成效,而由过去文献 发现情绪与离职具关联性。因此,本研究以偏远地区小学教师情绪耗竭为自变量,探讨对离职倾向之影响。 研究方法以高雄市偏远地区小学教师为研究对象,采问卷调查方式,透过405名教师的有效问卷,进行验证 性因素分析、信度分析、描述性统计分析、独立样本t检定、单因子变异数分析、皮尔森积差相关分析以及回 归分析。研究结果发现偏远地区小学教师原生地在情绪耗竭上达显着差异,而情绪耗竭对离职倾向有显着 正向影响。针对上述结果,本研究对教育行政主管机关、偏远地区小学、偏远地区小学教师提出相关建议。

摘要:Based on the returned 405 valid questionnaires, we conducted reliability analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, independent sample test, single factor variation analysis, Pearson product difference analysis and regression analysis in order to explore the effect of burnout on the runaway intention of primary school teachers in the remote areas of Gaoxiong of Taiwan. The results showed that the background variables(age, seniority, and the place of birth) of these primary school teachers have influence on their runaway intention, and there is interaction between age and the place of birth, seniority and the place of birth and that burnout has a significant effect on the runaway intention. Accordingly, the paper offers some suggestions to teachers, schools, education governance bodies and society at large.

摘要:This study’s research objectives are investigating the status and understanding the correlation between creative teaching behavior, and school principals’ servant leadership at elementary schools in Tainan City’s rural and remote areas. On research method, questionnaire was designed and the objects of this study were the public elementary school teachers within the Taiwan. Data analysis was conducted for the 723 effective questionnaires from 84 schools. The valid return rate was 85%. Research findings are shown as follows: There is positive correlation between school principals’ servant leadership and Creative teaching behavior.

摘要:This study mainly explores the impact of students information literacy on student’s creativity, the impact of classroom climate on student’s creativity, and the moderatoring effects of classroom climate between the impact of student’s information literacy on student’s creativity. This study used the questionnaire surveys for data collection of senior grade elementary school students from Tainan. Survey participants consist of 349 students from 10 elementary schools. This research used SPSS20.0 to apply descriptive statistics, pears on correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and hierarchical linear modeling. Main findings of this study included the following. It is a positive impact of student’s information literacy on student’s creativity. It is a positive impact of classroom climate on student’s creativity. And it is no moderatoring effects of classroom climate between the impact of student’s information literacy on student’s creativity. Finally, based on the results and analysis of this study, we make recommendations to school administrant, teachers and the future researchers.

著作名稱:A study on Effects of the Organizational Change after the Merger of Tainan Counties and Cities on Staff’s Work Morale and Turnover Intention – A Case Study on Tainan City

摘要:In front of the intense competition globally and changes in social and economic circumstances, the merging of Tainan counties and cities has been a primary change in Taiwan’s demarcation of administrative regions ever since the day of December 25th, 2010, among which Tainan County and Tainan City were merged as the administrative zone of Tainan City. During the process of organizational change, organizational merger is not only the issue we have to confront with in governmental reform, but also the consensus between administrative change and development organizational theories and behaviors. This paper explores the government’s organizational change of Tainan City on the staff’s work morale and turnover intention after the merger of county and city based on the theory of organizational behaviors. With the government staff including authorized civil servants and contact staff at Tainan City as research subjects, it adopts questionnaire survey, with 562 questionnaires distributed and 528 ones recovered; excluding 11 invalid ones, there are 517 valid one returned, with a valid recovery rate of 92%. Materials are collected by means of Organizational change Scale, Work Morale Scale, and Turnover Intention Scale. With quantitative analysis programs such as Descriptive Statistic Analysis, Pearson Product-moment Correlation and linear regression, it learns the effects of organizational change on staff’s work morale and turnover intention. According to the research, adaptive cognition of change is the highest among all cognitions for organizational change. Staffs show the highest cognition in team spirit in terms of work morale, and low to moderate degree in turnover intention. Organizational change has remarkable positive effects on their work morale. Moreover, both work morale and organizational change show significant negative effects on their turnover intention. Therefore, a fine and healthy communication channel in organizational change can help staffs understand the necessity of change to get the internal supports, guarantee the staffs’ rights, concentrate their consensuses and centripetal force, by which it can inspire the staffs and stabilize the personnel turnover. It expects that the merger of county and city in Taiwan City can really bring better services for all citizens.

摘要:Globalization and the multitude of technological changes that have affected societies in recent years have introduced complex and diverse problems into the daily lives of individuals. Indeed, great effort is expended to create rich and abundant lives, especially in the age of the knowledge economy. In this context, “creativity” has come to be seen as the most precious human asset. Many scholars have suggested that foundational knowledge in certain academic fields is necessary for creative thinking. Thus, this study will focus on creativity in the field of mathematics. Additionally, many studies have found that playfulness enhances creativity and exploration. This study sought to explore the role of playfulness learning mathematics to gain in-depth understandings of the relationship between playfulness and creativity as well as the effect of playfulness on creativity. This study used questionnaires to collect data relating to the playfulness and creativity of junior high school students who were gifted in mathematics and science. Data were analyzed using SPSS17.0 to explore the relationships among dimensions. This study used a random-sampling approach to select a sample of junior high school students who were gifted in mathematics and science. A total of 360 questionnaires were distributed, and our valid return rate was 94%. This study confirmed that playfulness enhances individual creative performance and that personal playfulness can predict and has a positive influence on creativity.

摘要:教練式領導力顧名思義,早期源自於運動界,但近年來開始應用在 不同產業 ,包括商業、專業音樂、競技以及醫療教育,然而許多議題尚待探討因此本研究透過文獻回顧的方式進行資料蒐集,並透過質化分析的工具對此議題進行探討,其結果發現目前主要對教練式領導力的研究方向包含自主效能、學習意願、目標導向、人際關係、上位者支持、回饋等概念,且諸概念之間有不可切割的關聯性 。 透過此質化分析 本研究提出未來研究方向的建議,並認為 教練式領導力對企業而言是非常有效的人力訓練與開發方式。

摘要:針對領導的議題,研究者從正向光明面的探討,已經勾勒出清晰的領導 影響因素。然而,從實際結果來看,仍有許多領導者或個人的決策呈現非理 智的行為,其中的影響因素,引發學者從反面思考。本文透過文獻探討,從 自戀性格與 4 種黑暗型人格特質的剖析,及其交互作用所產生的人格類型和 行為表徵,進行論述。本文探討黑暗人格特質類型,希望能開啟針對領導議 題研究的新方向,以補足研究缺角,使學術能夠完善領導議題的整體性,據 以回饋高階文官領導與人力資源管理的實務作為。
