摘要 | Chalcopyrite CuInSe2 nanorods have been prepared by using as-prepared Cu22xSe nanorods as a precursor reacted with indium chloride via a solvothermal approach. Cu22xSe nanorods with a diameter of about 300–500 nm, were prepared by reacting copper(I) chloride with Selenium powder and hydrazine hydrate in a mixture of NaOH and KOH. The morphology of CuInSe2 was similar to that of the precursor Cu22xSe. A possible formation mechanism of the CuInSe2 nanorods is proposed in this work. Phase conversion is believed to occur within the In3+ intercalated Cu22xSe:In during the reaction and lead to the formation of chalcopyrite phase CuInSe2 nanorods. The structure, morphology and composition of the samples were characterized using an X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, an energy dispersive X-ray spectroscope and scanning electron microscopy. |

摘要 | This experiment involves the growth of ZnO nanorods with NaOH by the HMT-assisted hydrothermal method and discusses the efficiency of NaOH is helpful to the growth of ZnO nanorods. The analyses of the synthesized ZnO nanorods by XRD, SEM, EDS and TEM reveal a single crystal structure with good crystallinity where the nanorod growth is along the [001] direction. In addition, it is discovered experimentally that the aspect ratio of the product is increased with the addition of NaOH, which verifies that the basic environment is beneficial to the growth of ZnO nanorods. |

摘要 | Quaternary kesterite-type Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS) mesoporous fibers for low-cost thin film solar cells were successfully synthesized by a relatively simple electrospinning process. Semiconductor CZTS mesoporous fibers were obtained from CA/CZTS precursor after annealing treatment at 450 uC for 3 h. CZTS mesoporous fibers were characterized using X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The optical properties of the CZTS mesoporous fibers were also recorded by UV-vis absorption spectroscopy. The results showed that the synthesized CZTS mesoporous fibers had a single phase, good crystallinity and a stoichiometric composition. Moreover, the prepared mesoporous fibers had a size ranging from 200–500 nm and a band gap of 1.46 eV, which demonstrates that they are suitable for use in a thin film solar cell light absorption material. |

摘要 | The effects of hydrazine on the synthesis of Cu2ZnSnSe4 (CZTSe) and Cu2CdSnSe4 (CCTSe) nanocrystals in an autoclave as a function of temperature and time were explored. On heating at 190 °C for 24-72 h, pure CZTSe and CCTSe nanocrystals could readily grow in the hydrazine-added solution, while in the hydrazine-free solution the intermediate phases such as ZnSe, Cu2Se, and Cu2SnSe3, and Cu2SnSe3 and CdSe associated with the CZTSe and CCTSe nanocrystals grew, respectively. This result reveals that hydrazine can speed up the synthesis of pure CZTSe and CCTSe nanocrystals via a solvothermal process. The mechanisms for the hydrazine-enhanced growth of CZTSe and CCTSe nanocrystals were discussed. The pure CZTSe and CCTSe nanocrystals were subsequently fabricated to the smooth films by spin coating without further annealing in selenium atmosphere. This processing may be beneficial to the fabrication of the absorber layer for solar cells and thermoelectric devices.

摘要 | In this study, Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS) powders are successfully synthesized by a simple hydrothermal method, and the concentration of thiourea, reaction time, reaction temperature, and precursor concentration ratio (Zn/Sn) are all examined in order to obtain the optimal conditions for this process. In addition, the characteristics of the resulting powder are examined using the X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS), Raman, transmission electron microscope (TEM) and ultraviolet–visible (UV–vis) techniques. The results indicate that the concentration of sulfur ions is 6 times of that of the copper ions, and that the production process required a reaction time of 72 h and a reaction temperature of 180 C, and the energy gap of the CZTS powder is approximately 1.45 eV. |

摘要 | The chalcopyrite CuInSe2 thin film synthesized via a low temperature solid state reaction from CuSe and InSe powders was investigated using X-ray diffractomy (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and UV-vis absorption spectroscopy. CuSe and InSe phases react and directly transform into CuInSe2 without the occurrence of any intermediate phase. The morphology of the newly formed CuInSe2 crystalline was close to that of the CuSe reactant particle based on the TEM results, which indicate that the solid state reaction kinetics may be dominated by the In3+ ions diffusion. The CuInSe2 thin film prepared from the solid state reaction did not use the selenide process; its band gap might reach 1.06?eV, which is competent and suitable to be used for a thin film solar cell light absorption layer. |

摘要 | The phase formation, morphology evolution and bandgap of Sn1?xSbxSe (0 ? x ? 0.6) nanocrystals synthesized at 230–275 °C for 5–36 h in a one-pot system were studied. Sn2+ is kinetically more reactive than Sb3+ toward Se2?. The SnSe(1) phase (JCPDS 01-075-6133) grew in the Sn1?xSbxSe (0 ? x ? 0.2) nanocrystals, while the SnSe(2) phase (JCPDS 32-1382) was dominant in the Sn1?xSbxSe (0.3 ? x ? 0.6) nanocrystals. In the present study, the substitution solubility of Sb in the SnSe lattice is about 10 at%. The introduction of more Sb in the Sn1?xSbxSe (0.3 ? x ? 0.6) nanocrystals induced more defects therein and thus caused the phase transformation from SnSe(1) to SnSe(2). The SnSe nanocrystals grew as nanosheets, while the introduction of Sb enhanced the growth of Sn1?xSbxSe nanorods. The direct and indirect bandgaps of the Sn1?xSbxSe (0 ? x ? 0.2) nanocrystals could be tuned from 1.39 to 1.53 eV and 0.93 to 1.28 eV, respectively, by increasing the Sb concentration (x) from 0 to 0.2. The tunable morphology and bandgap of the Sn1?xSbxSe nanocrystals make them potential candidates as photovoltaic materials. |

摘要 | In our study, one-dimensional PbI2/polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) composition fibers have been prepared by using PbI2 and PVP as precursors dissolved in N,N-dimethylformamide via a electrospinning process. 摘要 | Tin sulfide (SnS) has the potential to be used as a low-cost absorber material for applications in thin film photovoltaic solar cells. In this study, polyvinylbutyral/SnS (PVB/SnS) composite fibers were synthesized through a relatively simple electrospinning process. SnS mesoporous fibers were obtained from PVB/SnS composite fibers after sintering treatment at 500°C for 1 h in N2 atmosphere. The SnS mesoporous fibers were then characterized using X-ray powder diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, and transmission electron microscopy. The optical properties of SnS mesoporous fibers were also recorded by UV–vis absorption spectroscopy. The results showed that the synthesized SnS mesoporous fibers exhibited a single phase, stoichiometric composition, with good crystallinity, a size ranging from 100 to 200 nm, and a band gap of 1.49 eV. The as-prepared SnS mesoporous fibers are thus a suitable material to achieve visible light absorption in a thin film solar cell. |

摘要 | Chalcopyrite copper indium sulfide (CuInS2, CIS) has a bandgap that is optimal for a solar energy conversion material. In this paper, we used a polymer-type ion release source to control the precursor concentration of the hydrothermal system to grow CIS nanowires. The analytical results indicate that the reaction process is based on the formation of CuS binary compound, which is then followed by indium intercalation, which induces the formation of the CIS chalcopyrite crystal structure. The products were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The CIS nanowires were 100-300 nm in diameter and 2-5 µm in length. |

摘要 | In this paper, we discuss the use of an electrospray method combined with a vapor-assisted solution technology
(VAST) to prepare a perovskite solar cell absorber material. First, the PbI2 film was prepared using the electrospray
method, and then through the VAST, the CH3NH3PbI3 perovskite absorber layer was formed, for which
the device structure was ITO/PEDOT: PSS/CH3NH3PbI3/C60/BCP/Al. In the electrospray process, we changed
the precursor solution concentration, voltage, and flow rate to control the thickness and surface morphology of
the PbI2 film. In the VAST, we changed the CH3NH3I equivalent number and the heat treatment time, causing the
CH3NH3I vapor deposited on the PbI2 film to form a CH3NH3PbI3 perovskite absorber layer. Finally, we completed
the perovskite solar cell device. The power conversion efficiency (PCE) of the perovskite solar cell was
10.74%; the open circuit voltage (Voc) was 0.89 V; the short-circuit photocurrent (Jsc) was 21.30 mA/cm2, and
the fill factor (FF) was 0.57. |

摘要 | In this study, a novel hybridized perovskite-Cu2ZnSnS4 solar cell has been demonstrated. The CH3NH3PbI3 layer
was synthesized using a facile one-step solution process under ambient conditions. The precursor solution
consists of an equimolar methylammonium ion [MA+] and [PbI3
−] anion in heptane solvent. The vapor-assisted
crystal growth at the grain boundaries occur due to the methylamine (CH3NH2, MA). Moreover, 1 wt%
Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS) nanoparticles (NPs) was added to the solution to enhance not only the absorption from visible
to infrared regions and but also the transfer of the photogenerated charge carriers, leading to reduced charge
recombination. The device structure was glass/ITO/1 wt% CZTS NPs hybrid poly (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)
poly (styrene-sulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS)/CH3NH3PbI3 (MAPbI3)/C60/BCP/Al. The obtained MAPbI3 perovskitebased
solar cell shows a short-circuit current density of 19.00 mA/cm2, an open-circuit voltage of 0.84 V, a fill
factor of 0.47, and a power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 7.55%. |

摘要 | Dye degradation is a commonmethod for examining the physical behavior of any photocatalystmaterial.
We used a polymer-type ion release source to synthesizeZnIn2S4 (ZIS)microspheres in thiswork.The
reaction solvent, reaction time, and reaction temperature are tested to get the optimal conditions for this
experiment.The structural and optical characteristics of the products aremeasured using a scanning
electronmicroscope (SEM), transmission electronmicroscope (TEM), energy dispersive spectrometer
(EDS), x-ray powder diffraction (XRD), Brunauer-Emmet-Teller (BET), and ultraviolet-visible (UV–vis)
spectrometer.The results showthat the ZISmicrospheres size is about 2–4 μm, specific surface areas is
11.05m2g−1, and its energy gap is approximately 2.1 eV.The photocatalytic behaviorwas evaluated by
degradation ofmethylene orange under visible light irradiation. |

摘要 | This is work investigates that the effect of polar solvents on the hole transport layer PEDOT:PSS and NiOx. Since
perovskite precursor solution is typically prepared from polar solvents, understanding the effect of polar solvents
treatment of the PEDOT:PSS layer on the performance of perovskite solar cells is important for device processing
optimization. Here, the influence of the surface treatment of the PEDOT:PSS layer with solvents, including
dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), and γ-butyrolactone (GBL), on the device performance of perovskite solar cells was
investigated. Increased conductivity was measured for the PEDOT:PSS film after solvent treatments, which was
ascribed to the partial removal of the PSS component from the PEDOT:PSS layer, as evidenced by photoluminescence
spectroscopy, UV–vis absorption spectroscopy and XPS spectroscopy. In comparison with the reference
cell, poorer device performance was obtained for the perovskite solar cells directly deposited on the
solvent washed PEDOT:PSS film. Finally, PEDOT:PSS was replaced by NiOx as a hole transport layer, so successful
fabrication of the device wont be affected by polar solvents. |

摘要 | Metal halide perovskite is not easy to form a film due to its high crystallinity, which makes it unfavourable for its
application in self-luminous LED. Herein, we propose a film synthesis process for perovskite quantum dots
(PeQDs) based on bath coating. The proposed method is low in cost, can be performed in an atmospheric
environment at room temperature, and is suitable for the rapid mass production of closely stacked PeQDs on the
deposition substrate with excellent luminous characteristics. By controlling the deposit time and rotation speed,
the monolayer QD film can be achieved. The deposited monolayer QD film shows a high transmittance of up to
86% and a narrow FWHM of 18 nm. The device fabricated by monolayer QD film shows a low threshold voltage
of 3 V, the maximum luminance of 150 cd/m2, the maximum current efficiency of 0.085 cd/A, the maximum
EQE of 0.027%, and the high color purity of 87%. Due to the above properties, monolayer QD film elements have

摘要 | With the rise of wearable device applications, efficient energy storage devices with flexible properties have become an
important research direction. Among these devices, supercapacitors with high stability and instantaneous high power out
put for energy storage systems have attracted research attention. In this study, we demonstrate the possibility of applying
nitrogen-doped chromium (Cr:CrN) thin films to flexible electrostatic double-layer capacitor (EDLC) electrodes. Chromium
(Cr) electrodes undergo nitriding through sputtering, imparting interstitial defect characteristics and a nanoporous structure
to the Cr layers. The resulting Cr:CrN layer not only exhibits excellent electrical conductivity but also enhances the faradaic
process due to its interstitial defect properties. Experimental findings demonstrate that EDLCs employing Cr:CrN thin film
electrodes exhibit exceptional performance, including fast charging, high current density tolerance, and cost-effectiveness.
On glass substrates, the device achieves a maximum specific capacitance value of 6.69 mF/cm2 and an energy density of
0.33 Wh/m2 at an operating voltage of 3 V. Meanwhile, the flexible device demonstrates a specific capacitance value of
0.90 mF/cm2 and an energy density of 0.02 Wh/m2 at an operating voltage of 2 V. These results underscore the significant
potential of Cr:CrN films as electrodes for EDLCs, particularly in flexible applications. |
