摘要 | This paper applies inverted-L antenna (ILA) to design a
smart handset antenna in accordance with octa-band operations, as
GSM 850 (824–894 MHz), GSM 900 (880–960 MHz), GSM 1800/1900,
DCS 1800 (1710–1880 MHz), PCS 1900 (1850–1990 MHz), UMTS
(1920–2170 MHz), IEEE 802.11b WLAN (2400–2484 MHz) and LTE
(1700 MHz/2300 MHz/2600 MHz) band operations for S11 ?10 dB.
The entire antenna is 70mm × 24mm with one-quarter wavelength
design of hub. With the inter-coupling between dual branch circuit
radiation and multiple branch circuit radiation, the wideband for
GSM 1800/1900, DCS, PCS, UMTS, IEEE 802.11b WLAN and LTE
1700/2300/2600 is generated. When integrating with mobiles, the
designed ground plane area is also taken into consideration. In this
case, the ground plane area can be increased in accordance to the
system motherboard. The enlarged antenna size therefore becomes
9mm×42mm that the ground plane area does not affect the bandwidth
and can enhance the impedance matching. Consequently, the mobile
antenna can not only reduce or increase the size to match up the
products, but also be designed for tablet computers because it covers
octa-band operations of smart handsets. |

摘要 | A compact printed spiral-slot multimode antenna
operated at its quarter wavelength (k/4) mode as the fundamental
resonant mode for digital television (DTV) signal receptions is
presented. To achieve broadband characteristics, the proposed antenna
is constructed by embedding the eight different quarter-wavelength
spiral slots on system ground plane and is fed using a 50-X microstrip.
The eight spiral slots also generate eight k/4 resonance modes to cover
the DTV reception band (470–862 MHz) throughout the world. Further,
the proposed antenna has a simple planar eight-spiral-slot structure and
occupies a small area of 20 20 mm2 only on the system ground plane
(20 70 mm2). The impedance matching and bandwidth of the
proposed antenna are significantly affected by the sheet metal on the
signal line. The antenna is able to realize an omnidirectional radiation
pattern over the entire frequency band. Further, the measurement results
agree with the simulation ones. |

摘要 |
The preparation and characterization of heterojunction solar cell with ZnS nanocrystals synthesized by chemical bath deposition method were studied in this work. The ZnS nanocrystals were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM). Lower reflectance spectra were found as the annealing temperature of ZnS film increased on the textured p-Si substrate. It was found that the power conversion efficiency (PCE) of the AZO/ZnS/textured p-Si heterojunction solar cell with an annealing temperature of 250°C was η??3.66%.

摘要 | The chalcopyrite CuInSe2 thin film synthesized via a low temperature solid state reaction from CuSe and InSe powders
was investigated using X-ray diffractomy (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS),
transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and UV-vis absorption spectroscopy. CuSe and InSe phases react and directly transform
into CuInSe2 without the occurrence of any intermediate phase. The morphology of the newly formed CuInSe2 crystalline was
close to that of the CuSe reactant particle based on the TEM results, which indicate that the solid state reaction kinetics may be
dominated by the In3+ ions diffusion. The CuInSe2 thin film prepared from the solid state reaction did not use the selenide process;
its band gap might reach 1.06 eV, which is competent and suitable to be used for a thin film solar cell light absorption layer. |

摘要 | In this study, we prepared different shapes of gold nanoparticles by seed-mediated growth method and applied them on the photoelectrodes of dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) to study the surface plasma resonant (SPR) effect of gold nanoparticles on the photoelectrodes of dye-sensitized solar cells. The analyses of field emission scanning electron microscopy show that the average diameter of the spherical gold nanoparticles is 45 nm, the average length and width of the short gold nanorods were 55 and 22 nm, respectively, and the average length and width of the long gold nanorods were 55 and 14 nm, respectively. The aspect ratio of the short and long gold nanorods was about 2.5 and 4, respectively. The results of ultraviolet–visible absorption spectra show that the absorption wavelength is about 540 nm for spherical gold nanoparticles, and the absorption of the gold nanorods reveals two peaks. One is about 510 to 520 nm, and the other is about 670 and 710 nm for the short and long gold nanorods, respectively. The best conversion efficiency of the dye-sensitized solar cells with spherical gold nanoparticles and short and long gold nanorods added in is 6.77%, 7.08%, and 7.29%, respectively, and is higher than that of the cells without gold nanoparticles, which is 6.21%. This result indicates that the effect of gold nanoparticles on the photoelectrodes can increase the conductivity and reduce the recombination of charges in the photoelectrodes, resulting in the increase of conversion efficiency for DSSCs. In addition, the long gold nanorods have stronger SPR effect than the spherical gold nanoparticles and short gold nanorods at long wavelength. This may be the reason for the higher conversion efficiency of DSSCs with long gold nanorods than those of the cells with spherical gold nanoparticles and short gold nanorods. |

摘要 | In this study, zinc oxide (ZnO) nanostructures were grown on interdigitated back contact silicon solar
cells (IBC-SSCs) by using the microwave-assisted hydrothermal method. The effect of these ZnO
nanostructures grown by different precursor concentrations on the conversion efficiency of solar cells
was investigated. The as-prepared ZnO products were analyzed by XRD, SEM, EDS,UV–vis, and PL,
then were grown onto IBC-SSCs. The IBC-SSCs conversion efficiency without anyZnOnanostructure
was 8.88%, and with a ZnO nanostructure, it reached 12.15%. which effectively enhances the
conversion efficiency of IBC-SSCs. |

摘要 | A novel process of transparent antennas is presented. Antennas are used to deposit the transparent
conductive film (AZO, ITO) which is used by the antennas to radiate electromagnetic waves on transparent
substrate. A CPW-fed (co-planar waveguide-fed) transparent antenna is chosen in this process due to
its omni-directional radiation patterns and Wi-Fi band. The transparent antenna is not only artistic but also
works for Wi-Fi band applications ( S11 ≦ -10 dB ). Details of the proposed transparent antenna designs and

摘要 | The thin film transistor devices based on a-IGZO (a-InGaZnO) films were fabricated and characterized in the investigation. We have employed the a-IGZO thin film as an active channel layer in the bottom-gate type of transistor, the SiO2 as a gate insulator, and the ITO as a gate, source, and drain electrodes. All of the samples were grown on corning glass substrates by radio frequency magnetron sputtering (RF-sputtering) technique. However, there are still some inherent defects in the a-IGZO materials; it will be affected the performance of the fabricated transistors. Therefore, the test for the stability of a-IGZO transistors with passivation layers in water and oxygen ambient, and the durability of devices under long time operation were investigated in the paper. Demonstrably, our experimental results reveal that the devices with different thickness of the passivation layers and the annealing process will have different properties. |

antenna suitable for UHF Band of RFID-Tag is presented.
The impedance conjugate matching of the resonant
frequency can be obtained by adjusting the tuning-stub
length for the proposed CPW slot antenna with tuning-stub.
Transmit the maximum power between the antenna and the
microchip. The operating bandwidths of the proposed
antennas can satisfy the requirement of USA and Taiwan.
Details of the proposed designs are investigated by
experimental as well as theoretical studies. These desirable
features of the tag antenna are confirmed by the measured
results presented herein. |

摘要 | In this study, ZnIn2S4 (ZIS) micro-materials are successfully synthesized by a simple hydrothermal method, and the reaction solvent, reaction time, and reaction temperature are all examined in order to obtain the optimal conditions for this process. In addition, the characteristics of the resulting products are examined using the X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS), transmission electron microscope (TEM) and ultraviolet–visible (UV–Vis) techniques. The results indicate that the size of ZnIn2S4 micro-materials are 3-5 um, and the energy gap of the ZIS powder is approximately 2.1 eV. |

摘要 | In this research, we report the synthesis of Methylammonium Lead Iodide (CH3NH3PbI3)n anowires by
using Cu2ZnSnS4 nanoparticles to enhance phase-induced crystallization through the hydrothermal process.
One-dimensional nanowire CH3NH3PbI3 with the diameter of ~100 nm and length ~8μm showed absorbance
advantages over cubic-like nanoparticles. Due to the preferred orientation (110) of tetragonal phase induced
perovskite phase to synthesize nanowires and provide highly sensitive gas sensors with different oxidesemiconductor
materials. The obtained samples were subsequently characterized using x-ray diffractometry,
x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, PL spectra, UV-visible spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy,
energy-dispersive x-ray spectroscopy, and transmission electron microscopy. The effects of material
characteristics on the detector for the sensor is presented and discussed. |
